This is the first time we've used Vivad…
This is the first time we've used Vivad and I've been very impressed with Vinnie and his helpful advice. The product (Vivad Stretch Frame) looks absolutely fantastic. It's also a really practical product as it's easier to reprint the artwork and re-insert into the frame when it needs to be updated.
The service was quick, easy and reliable at a good price.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company to other customers.

Hi Peter,
Thank you for your feedback and your patience with the lock down.
We strive to make the ordering process as simple as we can through the portal, however as we discussed, offering such a comprehensive range of products and options can diminish the ease of the user experience. We think we have the balance right but we always welcome suggestions for improvement.
Excellent service
Excellent service, quality product. Very helpful over the phone service.

Was of the assumption that I would receive the 5 flags that I ordered without so much color difference... wasn't what I was expecting at all considering the cost of the flags.

Hi Andy,
As discussed, we will get to the bottom of this and rectify the issue
Love my pull-up banner…
I am impressed with the pull-up banner they did for me.
I was shown what material it would be printed on and how long it will be, I was also send an email before printing to check if I was happy with final tweeks.
It was done in 2 days.
When I first received it, I noticed a few scratches on the frame and the bag in which it was placed in looked shabby. So I informed them and they replaced all of it immediately... I am very impressed with the customer service. Definitely recommend
