Yesterday I visited Vivo Hair Salon for a balayage, and I had an amazing experience. Taz did my hair, and she was absolutely fantastic. She took so much care and treated my hair as if it were her own, making sure every detail was perfect.

Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I am so happy with the results, and my hair looks beautiful. Thank you, Taz, for your outstanding service and dedication. I highly recommend Vivo Hair Salon, and I’ll definitely be back!

Thank you Sheler for working with my hair and getting me to the colour that really suits me.
Iam super happy with the results. You are fantastic in your work.

Taz was marvellous with me! Welcomed me at the door, gave me the best shampoo I’ve ever had, and was deeply sympathetic with my unique curly frizzy combo hair situation.

Rhiannon was very knowledgeable about the products and processes for my hair. She talked me through everything. Rhiannon also ensured I was comfortable on a very busy night. Loved my coffee and treats.

I have been getting my hair done with Anne-Marie over the past year now and I love every visit with her. She is so passionate, creative, and she has such a great gift of making people feel beautiful. You always make my whole appt time so relaxing. Thank you for always listening to what I wanted, giving me the right advice and create the perfect hair for me without any disappointments. Love your smile and warm hugs 🥰

My visit to Vivo Fifth Ave was a desperate attempt to fix my damaged hair. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with La-Rochelle who answered all my prayers. She spent time to source the multiple problems & created a corrective plan ... I truely appreciated her care, knowledge & expertise ... I literally walked out with a spring in my step, feeling like a different person. I can't praise her enough ... miracle worker!!

Taz is absolutely amazing and very talented! She is very friendly, kind and patient. She truly listens and communicates on what she’s doing as she worked her magic with the colour, styling of my hair, the result is beyond my expectation 🥰

First Salon that has made me feel super welcoming, comfortable and looking fabulous. Taylah my stylist was amazing. Definitely will recommend to others.

I ordered some products off the website and it was so nice to receive samples and chocolate with them. Not many places do that and it's so lovely :-)

Lillya at Northlands is absolutely phenomenal!! She listens to what you’re asking for, which i feel is hard to come by these days. She’s taken me from dark dark brown to blonde nice & easy without compromising my hair. She’s so so lovely, accommodating and just an amazing hairdresser!

Always a perfect colour and finish with Christel. Having curly hair, she really knows what it needs and I feel confident I am going to get exactly what I want each time. It really makes all the difference knowing I can trust her with my unruly hair!

My whole experience dealing with Vivo online has been fantastic. I purchased multiple products which I really like. Unfortunately, one product I had to return. Julie made the return and refund super easy. She has been really professional and fast in her customer service with me. A real breath of fresh air in today's world where service can lack. Thanks Julie!!

Really friendly great results. I saw Christel

Sheila was great all round!
Welcoming, knowledgeable about hair and helped me choose the right methods and products to repair my damaged hair! Will definitely be back :)

Libby has been my stylist for more than 10 years. We’ve been on a hair journey together over the years and she always makes sure I leave with my hair looking and feeling great and provides awesome chats :)
