I consistently get a great service, taken on time, salon is clean, tidy, warm and inspiring. The atmosphere is genuinely bubbly and friendly. I come away feeling great and have my next booking in place.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Shayal at Vivo Manukau in Auckland, and I cannot recommend her enough. From the moment my daughter and I walked in, we felt welcomed, relaxed, and truly cared for. We both wanted a fresh new look, and Shayal delivered beyond our expectations.

She is not only incredibly talented at what she does, but she also takes the time to understand your hair and gives genuine advice on how to maintain it, especially for colored hair. She recommended the right treatments for us, and the care she put into every step made us feel completely pampered from the soothing massage to the treatment, styling, and beautiful fresh cuts.

What I loved most was how attentive she was with my daughter’s hair. My daughter wanted a new style without losing too much length, and Shayal listened carefully and created the perfect look. She absolutely loved her haircut and could not stop smiling afterward.

Shayal has truly become our go-to person whenever we want our hair to feel healthy, refreshed, and beautiful. Her passion for her work shows in every detail, and she makes sure you leave feeling your absolute best.

I have been coming to Inca for years now and love love love the way she not only cares what I want but is mindful always with the approach as my hair wasn’t in its best condition. Inca has since remedied this and I couldn’t be happier. Every six weeks. I look forward to seeing Inca and her team. Everyone is professional yet friendly. My lash serum I orderd was under filled by the manufacturer and I emailed asking for a replacement to be sent over , Julie was so helpful and got me a new one sent over So quicky , highly recommend Vivo , great customer care.

Today I had a lovely wash and cut from Alicia in Cambridge, she did a phenomenal job with what I wanted for my hair and left me feeling like a new woman leaving the salon! Will be coming back! Thanks again team, your all lovely women.

Jo is a hairstyling wizard. I wanted a shoosh for my hair. To embrace aging, and the grey, but still be open to a little extra colour. Jo was honest and happy to share his ideas. It was also great that he told me what the cost would be, so I didn't get a fright. It was worth it and I have already booked my next appointment. I never do that 😉

Always a great experience at Vivo Lower Hutt. I have been a regular customer for four years now and every colour and cut has been flawless - I’ve literally had dozens of strangers stop me over the past few years and ask me where I get my hair done! It’s tough finding stylists and colours that work wonders for lightened hair, without it looking yellow or brassy, but Paula nails it every time. Service is always efficient and professional. I’ll admit I am extremely fussy, and yet every time I’m listened to, advised, and the finished result is exactly what I wanted. I’d give six stars if I could! Thanks Paula, and team.

I had my appointment with Celleste, and she was absolutely amazing. She did my hair better than I imagined and I am incredibly happy and excited about my new hair. Will definitely be going back in the future.

I had the best service today with Vicky, I showed him some photos of what I wanted in terms of colour/blonde highlights and he was supportive in the decision! He told me what everything was going to cost before fully consenting which was lovely! His personality was welcoming and was able to hold conversations! The end result was everything i wanted and i will be booking with him again

I had an amazing experience at Vivo Ponsonby on Franklin Hair Salon! I was nervous going at first but the moment I walked in I was greeted by Teniel with the warmest smile! I got a bronde balayage with was my first time & it was gorgeous! Teniel was really great with helping me pick what would suit me & her customer service was 10/10. Even the other workers around were friendly and the whole vibe was amazing. They called me & booked for me & transformed my hair! I recommend Vivo Ponsonby on Franklin & ask for Teniel! That girl is amazing and her skills are just as good.

Cleo is a master of hair , very professional with over 20 years of experience. Not only a great stylist , but an excellent manager and team leader. Definitely recommend visiting Cleo or any of the Northridge Plaza stylists.
