Very poor experience
Still waiting for customer service to resolve after 3 days. Really dissatisfied. Product arrived without any hygiene seal. Very poor quality, natural human hair looks like nylon.

Balayage highlights no damage
Arrived really quickly and the hair is great quality. No difficulty blending into my natural hair. I got extensions with balayage so I didn’t need to colour damage my own hair and it looks amazing!

Ponytail hair extensions 20inch
Ponytail hair extensions 20inch, took it into my hairdresser she couldn't even get it to stay in my hair. Band to wide and clip attached to Ponytail too small. Waste of $ can't get a refund. Don't recommend if you gave fine hair.

Sorry but the scalp fill in pieces…
Sorry but the scalp fill in pieces doesn't blend with my hair. The vase of the pieces are too thick and look super weird on my thin hair.
I will be contacting to exchange for something more suitable for my thin hair.
