VMS Vehicle Hire Reviews

absolute great experience from start to finish, no problems and a very easy/simple process of hiring, so can strongly recommend

Excellent service all round would recommend

Great service. Needed a Luton at short notice. They had one available and at a great price. New vehicle and thorough walk around before collection. Very helpful people who did a good job.

Great company . Easy to deal with. Good prices. No quibbles when there was an issue . Amanda Sivori is a real star too.

No fuss no bother. Great quality van.

These guys are great … very good value for money, professional, polite, great location in secure place where can leave own vehicle and take van back at whatever time of night and drop keys (gated industrial estate).

Really easy transactions, thank you

Excellent service from start to finish. No complaints, would recommend to anyone.

Really helpful and well guided vehicle hire. Steve in Tiverton was very professional and polite throughout the enquiry, collection and return. The vehicle was exactly what we needed, it drove well and was clean and tidy. Will definatly recommend and use again.

Great service and allowed me to change the booking dates

Brilliant service from the Tamworth branch would happily use again.

Brilliant! Highly recommend! Great price for a medium van and staff at the Bridgend (South Wales) branch were excellent!

First class service, highly recommended

Ive used vms twice and will certainly use them agian if needed. Both vans have been lovely to drive. Very friendly helpful staff.

I required a van to move a desk, sofa & fridge
VMS were quick and efficient in processing the paperwork. The van was perfect for the job and made the journey comfortable and quick. When i was unable to return the van precisely on time VMS were helpful and went out of there way to accommodate my slight delay.

We needed a van and they were very helpful we went early and they were ready with the paper work
At the end of the day we took the van back and they looked over it and all was good
All in all a good price good service 👍

VMS offer a good selection of specialist vehicles from 4x4's to welfare vans. They have always given me a good service, with polite delivery/collection drivers, and very helpful hires desk staff. Can't really fault customer service or selection of vehicles they provide.

These guys were great value, great hassle-free service, they allowed as simple drop off and would be happy to recommend. Nice shiny vans too :)

Totally useless. I filled out their online booking request, submitted it more than 3 weeks prior to hire date, received an email from them saying that one of their experts would get in touch. They never did.
Luckily, a small local van hire company came to the rescue at short notice. Guess who I will use and recommend from now on.
Very badly let down by this shower.

What an excellent first rate firm. I came across this firm by accident, how lucky I was. The staff were so wonderful and helpful. I had never hired before but they made it so easy. They didn't have anything for me when I went in but by the end of the day they had me sorted out. Not only would I use them again but I would recommend them to everyone. The firm where I have my storage unit have asked me to get them some business cards so that they can pass the information on to anyone else looking for a van.

I hired a dual control car as mine was off the road. Delivery and collection service available, a total lifesaver. Reasonably priced a great company with excellent customer service. I would recommend, no complaints from me.
