​I want to commend Scott for his outstanding customer service. He is extremely professional, polite, and makes everything easy. After two negative experiences with other staff members who were unhelpful and unprofessional, Scott resolved my entire issue in just two minutes upon my return. He is a fantastic asset to Vodafone, and I highly appreciate his help!

I recently bought a new mobile phone and needed help to have all of my apps transferred from my old phone. I worked with Scott for an hour who was not only technically excellent but also an extremely nice and kind person.
I had a very positive experience and along with his colleague Bradley whom I saw a few days later on an unrelated matter is the reason that I stay with Vodafone. Bradley was also excellent and a very warm and caring person.

Eoin was just brilliant.
My elderly mother lost her phone and Eoin helped her upgrade her airtime contract and organize a new mobile phone.
A very happy customer for life!

Scott in branch was incredibly helpful and friendly during the process of getting broadband and mobile setup for me after I recently moved fo Belfast.
The process, whilst long (through no fault if Scott's) was painless and enjoyable from his incredible knowledge and friendliness.

I needed a home broadband connection for a short stay, even though it came with a 24-month contract, so we visited the Vodafone store at Cornmarket, Belfast. We were assisted by Scott, one of the store representatives, and he was absolutely fantastic. He understood our requirements, recommended the broadband plan that best suited our needs, and explained everything clearly without rushing us. He made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service. Thank you, Scott, for making our Vodafone experience so pleasant. Highly recommended!

I probably would have gone with another provider if it wasn't for the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at Belfast corn market. It took 3 attempts to try and take out broadband for my new home but the system didn't recognize my address, despite their best efforts. Through persistence and being really onhand, we were able to sort it on the 3rd attempt. I would like to give a big shout-out to Robert, Ryan, Eoin and Mel, who all helped me get my broadband ordered. Because they were so apologetic ( it did take 3 of my lunch breaks), professional and courteous, I decided to also move my mobile across. I would maybe suggest updating the IDV system,but top marks to store staff.

Recently changed networks from o2 to Vodafone, Scott was great at talking me through the process & making it simple and easy to understand.

Had great service in here, the two members of staff I was dealing with (Bradley & Scott) were super helpful and friendly. Been with Vodafone for years now would highly recommend them especially this particular shop :)

Bradley went out of his way to be helpful . He helped me find the best plan to cover 2 weeks in North Ireland and Ireland . He also threw in some tourist advice too and where to get the best beers and music . So helpful

I’m a visitor from Canada to Belfast and I needed to buy a SIM card for use while I’m in Belfast and Dublin. I had a lovely knowledgeable man named “Bradley” who helped me. I’m over 65 years old and so not a whizz with technology. Bradley asked me what my needs were, how long I’d be in the 2 countries and then gave me the options. He then installed my new SIM card and I was good to go. I came away feeling really good about the experience. Thank you for having professional, trained, customer oriented staff like Bradley. I will continue to holiday in Belfast and l will be back for my SIM cards at this shop.
