Sham was amazing!!
We had the best service we’ve ever received at Vodafone in Brent Cross. We saw Sham who greeted us as soon as we walked in and went over and beyond to help us with our query. He took his time to listen to our issue and straight away put us at ease as he came up with a solution. He was determined to get us the best deal and took his time to ensure my husband and I were sorted out. He is a credit to the team and we are so pleased to have moved to Vodafone, thanks to Sham.

Avoid Fix&Go! They ruined my iPhone with cheap, non-genuine parts
I used Fix&Go Brent Cross (Ref: REP0068989) for a battery change, but they damaged my original Apple screen. They replaced it with a non-genuine part without my permission. This new screen is poor quality with thick black borders that make the display smaller than the original. Unacceptable service—they must replace it with a genuine Apple screen.

Brent Cross saved the day
We had a horrendously difficult situation arising at a Kilburn Voda store who missold a second line and then closed up for the day, leaving my friend Richard (80 years old) at his wits end and distraught having been sold an old phone and a second line he didn’t need, when he just wanted a way to buy a second handset on his line to give to his partner.
Going to Brent Cross was a breath of common sense and fresh air with excellent service.
They recognised the challenge, voided the second line and just-obsolete A36 handset that he’d been wrongly told was all he would be allowed to take by Kilburn.
Brent Cross team also reviewed his data usage and saw he could save plenty on his own SIM, and explained he could indeed add the new handset that he wanted for his partner as a second device on his own contract.
They then made the refunds immediate and added the required handset and Sim changes as simple upgrades to his account and sorted the whole thing out with no fuss.
He was given an A37 hot off the manufacturing run - their first sale - at 0% interest with cost spread affordably over three years - plus he was able to save the entire cost of a second SIM he didn’t need, and on top of that to reduce his own annual SIM bill a little bit too.
Brilliant service from Darsh for an immediate grasp of the right thing to do for an older customers needs and wants and to give him a solution fairly and properly.
