Following my recent very poor review I have to report an extremely positive experience. The manager of the Bridlington branch deserves a special thank you from me and a pat on the back from Vodafone. He worked tirelessly to sort out an issue I have been struggling with for weeks with accounts dept. So refreshing to engage with someone who cares for an individual. Thank you, you made up for the shoddy treatment I received from other parts of Vodafone.

I couldn’t get my emails so went into…
I couldn’t get my emails so went into the shop in bridlington to see if they could help,a young lady called Leanne helped and sorted it for me. She was so helpful and polite, she sorted me out in no time, I actually went in there anxious and came out of there smiling. Such brilliant customer service from her.

I only went in store to find out about possible broadband options for when my son moves into his own flat next month, and Leanne was able to reduce my existing monthly bills, while I was there. It's only a couple of quid, but "every little helps", and the Bridlington Vodafone store is always a pleasant place to be. I'm a happy Vodafone customer; you made my day (again).

Brilliant caravan WiFi
Just passing the Bridlington store and noticed the Managers offer for caravan WiFi. Weren't sure what it was or how to use it, but Leanne explained in a manner that was perfect for us oldie technophobes. Could not have been more helpful. 5 star service and price.

I went onto the shop with a query Craig was very helpful and explained things to me . I had a problem with storage he changed my plan to suit my needs more he advised me on the internet but didn’t push me into changing. I will go back into the shop when I want to upgrade my phone
