Walked in with no sim card
Walked in with no sim card, left with everything I'd want with a sim-only phone. Sonny (cainan I think it's spelt) takes his job with a serious yet super comfortable stride, which is rare for any salesmen. I felt like I wasn't being upsold but offered great deals and service. In 2 years time (after my contract) I will be back.

Keiran at Vodafone in Churchill Square Brighton was most helpful, I went to this branch as Henri at George Street Hove was unhelpful to the point of rudeness, and did not inform me fully about my contract.

I'v been a vodafone customer for over 20years & once again it was time to renew my contract. Visited Vodafone in churchill square mall, Brighton. Greeted & served by Jordan. What a brilliant experience. He went above & beyond to explain all my options & I ended up wth a plan I can afford that covers all my needs.
I must point out what great customer service I received & would reccommend a visit to this store & especially the staff member Jordan. He is a big asset to the company.
