Superb service
We visited the Cannock store regarding switching to Full fibre broadband. The switch was surprisingly effortless and we more than halved our existing bill and gained twice the speed. We were served by Coree who was pleasant and polite, knowledgeable and engaging. Everything was explained fully and he is fantastic ambassador for the brand and an asset to the company. He was assisted by a new recruit Hollie and she was also pleasant, polite and engaging. It was much appreciated that there was no hard sell just good old fashioned service and we left very satisfied and delighted with the outcome.

Came in to go onto essentials broadband…
Came in to go onto essentials broadband but cannot contact that team. Nat was really friendly and helpful to explain that I can have broadband only £3 dearer than the essentials package plus she did a deal with a new sim for the same amount as giff gaff which I am really grateful for you. Nat has explained everything clearly to us and written everything down for us
