Vodafone UK - Crawley Reviews 

Had a few things that I needed to sort out about my account. Got chatting with Luca and he managed to help me with all my queries and a few that I didn't realize that I had. Always an awsum experience with friendly helpful staff :)

Dropped into the store to see if I could save myself some money as my airtime contract was up. Dealt with Ben. We made some great savings and adhise going forward. Ben was great, and very helpful. A credit to the company and the branch.

I went into Crawley vodafone with my husband to get his phone changed over to the Vodafone network. Ben found a plan that suited my husband's needs completely. All took a few minutes after the provider my husband had been with for 30 years had no interest in looking at better plans, bye bye ee hello Vodafone.
Edit. Forgot to mention Ben wasn't only helpful he has a great sense of humour & really brightened up a wet miserable day, a really nice bonus as I being disabled often get treated as 2nd class & often completely ignored until I make staff (not Vodafone) take notice, I don't want it expect special treatment just get served like anyone else. Ben definitely didn't need pushing to serve me, thanks Ben

I went into the store with a specific enquiry about using data abroad. I felt that Ben explored the options in a very open way and gave me an honest answer. This meant that when he spoke about whether I would consider changing my Broadband and phone line to Vodafone which I had done (even making some enquiries about my email address which is with my previous provider) I felt happy to listen and then go ahead. You should value him for his customer service skills and pleasant manner. I have always found staff in the Crawley store to be courteous and helpful I was not disappointed today.

Ben at the Crawley shop gave me all options and time to decide with no pressure

Sorted out my mobile WiFi problems

Spoke to Liam about my payg sim was having issue he went above and beyond to get this rectified.

He also did a new talk mobile for me very happy he deserves some credit.

Ben was very cheerful and had wonderful customer service. He sold me a phone for my daughter who has special needs and listened to what she needed and she is very happy with the phone she chose. He included her in the process which made her experience even better. i went back today and again saw Ben and paid off the phone etc, and he was helpful as ever. 10/10 customer service

I am quite elderly and not long lost my husband. I went to the Vodafone store in Crawley and a very kind man called Ben helped me enormously! He was sympathetic without being OTT. Ben was very knowledgeable about the technical side of things as I am not! Ben made my visit easy and comfortable. I am now set up with everything I needed. Thank you Ben.

Horrible service!! Tricking conditions of contract!! The member staff who lie to you before signing contracts with them!! Managers who tell you We will call you to resolve your enquiry and never do! Zero Stars!! Never ever again i want to use Vodaphone, they disgrace their name with ignorance and unprofessional behavior to their customers ! No recommend to anyone!!

After YEARS of being a faithful customer, these rogues just cut my line off while I was on holiday the other side of the World. No notice or warning.. my line went dead and they stole my credit.. thieving scumbags. And of course they didn't do anything to sort it out. In fact they refused to even speak to me! My friend went into the shop and rang me on my WhatsApp but they said theyd only speak to me in person, knowing that was imposible as I was a thousand miles away. I couldn't access my bank account even. Completé shotshow and not only will I never use them again, but my friend stopped his plan with you, and I'm making sure to tell everyone else. In fact my post on FB was quite a hit! And no, i won't be specifying.my number as stuff your tracking down and tracing people. I'LL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER CENT with these thieves and stuff your services even if you gave me free.

Bad, bad, bad. I have been with Vodafone now since 2017 and boy, they were good then. Now, a different story all together. The customer service is absolutely shocking. I have decided to leave Vodafone and join another network, better customer service and better deals for my needs. I therefore needed to get my number ported over to the new network. Received my PAC and gave to new network, number got ported by new network and now I can't receive any calls or messages to my mobile phone. Called Vodafone as the problem was apparently their side, what a waste of my time to get this sorted. On the phone for way over 30 minutes after talking to someone, then they just cut you off. Called back, and the call agent was very unhelpful. I have wasted almost an hour of my time this morning. How bad can they go? Service I find is very shocking and I'm glad I have left now. Cancelled my debit order too. I just hope they sort out this Split Porting that happened on my number as I have had enough.

Waste of time costumer call center. My internet is not working for 3 weeks and they dont do anything. Still same thinks to try and after they leave it and nobody will do anything until you call then again and it start from beginning. And just transfering from one line ro another. Internet is bad option from them. Never send engineer to you and just blate you for not doing what they want. Which I done so many times correctly. Just pointles help from them and threaten me that it will not do amything and its my fold.

I came over from Ireland for a few weeks and needed a PAYG sim, the chap in store was very helpful and got me the best plan for me, im loving my voxe sim with social data! thank you guys

Fantastic service from all three that i spoke to, managed to sort my new iphone out and got me to switch from BT for my broadband, it got connected today and it work like a dream thank you!!!

It was very busy and took a while to be served but they where very helpful and the assistant manager was very welcoming, please pass my thank you onto James.
