Got a great deal at Vodafone..
Called in Vodafone shop hoping to get a new phone and get good deal. There was no problem and no pressure. The gentleman sorted a great deal out for me as I wanted an early upgrade. He went above and beyond to ensure that I completely happy with deal. Thank you to the friendly staff at Vodafone

Buying made easy
The associate (Robert) who served me was so patient, helpful, knowledgeable and made the experience much less stressful . Without his help I would still be trying to set up my new phone, well worth the small extra cost.

Friendly and helpful advice at Doncaster
Today we called in and Andreea helped us save us quite a lot of money per month by altering to sim cards. Also, I will have a much better signal! Andreea was friendly informative and patient the whole time. Very pleased.

Been with Voda for years and have always dealt with the Doncaster guys. Hands down the most helpful and honest staff. Nipped in to see when I was due to renew on my phone and spoke to Rob, he went through everything with me and i managed to bag myself a really good deal and upgrade my broadband on an awesome deal too. Superb Customer Service…
I had a issue regarding a broadband order I had made, and the customer service provided by Natalie was superb.
While the issue couldn't be directly resolved, Natalie helped me with a new order and sorted me out with a temporary solution while I wait for the new order.
Definitely coming back again.

My phone stopped working last night.
My phone stopped working last night.
I use my phone for medical use as well as work so to have a functioning phone is important for me. I turned up at the Doncaster branch as soon as it opened and was greeted by Natalie. She is an absolute credit to the branch and I could not thank her enough for her help. I left with a smile on my face (definitely not what I walked in with) not because of her outstanding customer service but because she was an amazing person to talk to (I was there for 2 hours.) Please pass this on to her,
P.S if Natalie does see this let her know the company I got the phone case from finally came to me, it’s casetify.

Help for older users
Popped in to get transfer of apps etc from galaxy to I phone. The assistant couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did she do the transfer but she also explained how to do some other things that we’d struggled with. Very patient with us oldies! A credit to Vodafone. Thanks Natalie
