The staff in this store are amazing, so understanding & helpful. First the Regional Manager helped me as I was in a very distressed state & then Paul the Manager took over & helped me. I have nothing but praise for them all

Horrible fibre broadband
Horrible. I have taken the full speed fibre broadband. Which is close to 1Gbps, however we will be lucky if we get a speed around 300 to 400mbps. No point in contacting the customer care

Called into the dorchester store to…upgrades on phones and tablet
Called into the dorchester store to upgrade some things and was pleasantly greeted on our way in. Spoke to Dan who advised and guided me through all of the offers. He was very engaging and knowledgeable which was great. Dan sorted everything out in store and thoroughly deserves all the praise I can give. Great service and nothing was too much trouble.
