A great deal
Both Sean and Bradley were friendly, helpful and efficient. They offered good advice and were very approachable x we got a good deal from the company in terms of upgrading my phone and changing my broadband.

Good service
Good service. Reece persisted in good humour even if technology in the store was very slow. Sold the items we wanted at a good price. Explaining everything as we went along.

I recently upgraded my phone and sim plan on the website with a trade-in offer on my old phone. However, I received a message to say that my trade in was denied without any reason of why. Customer service pointed me in the direction of my local store.
Jamie from the Folkestone store has been so helpful finding me a solution and helped me fill out an complaint request. It has now been rectified and I couldn't have done it without the help from the Folkestone store. Friendly, efficient and supportive. Thank you all.

Excellent service
I had applied for an upgrade on line but was instructed to go to store due to delivery times. The staff were busy and lots of customers. We were managed well with communication.
Despite being very busy, the staff were helpful to each other, dipping in and out of conversations to support each other. The rapport with other customers was a good experience. No hesitation recommending Vodafone and delighted to stay with them. Have been a customer since my first handset 25+ years ago ! Thanks Bret and team.

It was a cold and dreary day in Folkestone. The huddled masses shuffled along the stoney high street just trying to make sense of it all. Motivation was low until we met Bret. He knew exactly what to do, with one wave of his had my bill was reduced and my mind at ease.

Amazing customer service
Grant in the Folkestone store went above and beyond for me. He was very patient and knowledgeable and managed to sort me out with a new phone which is a lot more than the online chat person was able to do! Restored my faith in Vodafone after a complete faff trying to order online.
