Nathan was very helpful and efficient in finding me the best deal. He was polite and had a cheery disposition making me feel relaxed and confident whilst going through everything. Brilliant customer service
Both Amber and Niamh were very helpful throughout the entire process. From helping me choose the perfect phone, to trading in my old device. They made the experience really easy and remembered me when I came back in to drop off my old phone. I would definitely recommend Vodafone braehead to anyone looking to upgrade their phone.
