Great service from Amy
Went into Vodafone in Grimsby today as my phone had water damage and I couldn’t use it.
Amy spent a long time finding ways to get into the phone so we could back up all of my photos and apps while it still worked enough then sorted the best deal on a new phone.
We used her to transfer everything across and have come away really pleased.
We can’t thank Amy enough. Cheerful, helpful and polite. Great to deal with her.
For Vodafone, initially I couldn’t get a phone as I had a credit lock on my Experian app. I took it off straight away but Amy couldn’t do anything as it said on her computer to leave it 72hrs!!! So I went outside on my app and was approved straight away?? Surely the shop staff should have the info that quick if my app does ?

Went in currys to get new phone took…
Went in currys to get new phone took contract out with Vodafone in 1 hour changed mind contract got cancelled straight away no phone no sim it was in 14days cooling of period took £65 out of bank went back to retailer sent me to Vodafone shop got told only sell phone's don't deal with the problem I had gave me Vodafone number to phone I did took me 2 days get it sorted being on phone for a long time got told they are charging me for use of phone which I didn't have now they are taking money of my £65 for me using phone never had phone or sim but now got told I got to wait 24 day's to get rest of money back lesson of day's never deal with Vodafone again customer service is rubbish 🗑
