Went to Wycombe as l needed to sort my monthly payment. Her knowledge about Vodafone sim plan is very good. Lola her name if l am not mistaken was very professional and lovely at the same time very welcome in . She showed me a range of phones as l could upgrade my phone too. Which l didn't know myself. It really helps to speak face to face then online.

Wonderful experience with new phone
Went into the store today to enquire about a new phone and contract and to trade in my old phone. Vanesa Efremova was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She really helped to make the whole service as smooth and easy as possible and really went the extra mile. She answered all of my questions, gave me great recommendations and even moved all everything over from my old to new phone so it was completely ready to go. Thank you very much for all of your help
