Special thankyou to Mel, who was extremely helpful after my mum had a bad experience at Vodafone Silverburn. Changed my mums sim only contract option for a new phone + sim deal, great product knowledge and explained the new deal in easy to understand terms to my mum. She was also kind enough to help transfer all her data from old to new phone. She is a real asset to the Vodafone franchise.
