BEWARE
BEWARE. We took out a broadband and phone contract last year. It did not do as promised so we cancelled in the 14 day cooling off period and return equipment. Argument over them not getting equipment. Still being charged now MAY 2025. Multiple complaint and a visit to shop who are not even both ed to chase up. ONGOING

Simply trying to transfer ownership from one name to another, round and round in circles, Live chat doesn't answer the question, i have been in store and they were useless if not a little rude. Just keep sending me the same thing. So frustrating and difficult !!!

Excellent Service
Zak sold me and my partner an iPhone 17 each. I was apprehensive as I was a new customer to Vodafone but he made the whole process easy to understand and swift. I got plenty of data on my plan for a price we are very happy with. I will be returning to the store when I am due an upgrade.
