He went above and beyond to ensure that I received my new phone and, most importantly, helped me retain my number, which was incredibly important to me. His patience, dedication, and attention to detail were remarkable throughout the entire process. Hakim genuinely cares about his customers, and his efforts to resolve my issue were exceptional. Outstanding customer service
This is the place to go if you need help!
As an expat, the struggle to get a phone number (and data) is real, but I got outstanding service from Aisha and her colleague in Vodafone on Camden High Street. They went above and beyond to help get me set up. And were super nice and friendly while doing so.
Definitely reccomend for Expats - but also for everyone else!
