Excellent experience
Excellent experience! We've been customers for several years and always stop by to review our mobile contracts. The in-store offers are better than those online, and the service is excellent. Hakeem provided outstanding assistance—he is highly knowledgeable and helped us find the right tariff with in-store discounts. We left with a better contract and lower costs.

Excellent Service with Cas at the Clapham Branch of Vodafone’
Popped into the Clapham branch as I had a small issue with my phone and Cas and the team welcomed me in to help me sort out my issue. Cas invited me to sit down to look at my contract, including those of my 2 teenage sons and see how he could improve them for me. His manner, approach & customer service was 100% and I will not hesitate not only to recommend this store but definitely always come back to him for any questions & issues I have.
This is what customer service should always be like - seriously impressed!
