Pleasure of buying a new phone
Went into Marlborough branch on my way back from walking my dog on the off chance of discussing a new phone which I have her thinking about for a few months. It was nearly 5pm so didn’t expect to be coming out having bought a new phone. Gemma was brilliant, understood what I was wanting, straight to the point- I am very happy. Thank you Gemma .

Contract issue sorted
I was helped by Gemma to sort out a new contract and to remove the extra data that I'd inadvertently added. She was very understanding and friendly and efficient.

Excellent customer service and Fibre 2 Broadband setup!
It's been excellent having the ability to visit the Vodafone shop in person. Gemma was fantastic - knowledgeable, professional and helpful. My Fibre 2 Broadband was ordered, connected and good to go in just four days!

Amazing staff!
My phone needs a battery refresh so I had to buy a cheap one to keep me going while mine was away, I was also unsure of my Google password. The combination of transferring my contacts to a cheap android and my poor memory proved a lengthy challenge but Verity and Seb were totally professional and positive throughout despite many setbacks. I am in awe of their good nature and expertise and extremely grateful. They are amazing!!!!
