Fantastic service
We called in to the vodafone shop in Neath today where we spoke to someone to find out if our contract was at an end. To be truthful we didn't get a good response from the person we saw who was hidden behind a screen. We were just about to leave when we saw Scott who we had spoken to previously about my partner's phone. He had given excellent advice and set up a new contract. He immediately recognised us and came over and shook our hands. We chatted and explained what had happened with the man we had been talking to. He took us over to his work station and advised us on what our options were. He told us about special offers available to us at this time. The outcome of this was that we ended the contract we were in and a new one was set up with a new device. He was so helpful and explained everything to us step by step. We had a good chat and a laugh aswell. He was so friendly and reassuring. We left the shop happy and more than satisfied with what we had achieved. I would recommend Scott to anyone. No one could have been more helpful. Thank you Scott. We hope you never leave!!
