The two ladies who served my wife and I today, izzy and leah are an absolute credit to Vodafone and went above and beyond to help us reach a great deal that suited us. Will highly recommend anyone looking for a new phone to come and see these girls and visit this shop. Amazing service.

It all comes down to the salesman
Could not have had a better experience than the one provided by Dennis yesterday in Newark. Helpful patient warm efficient. Dennis took a potentially nightmare scenario- trying to replace lost handset and negotiate new contract for my recently bereaved elderly mother - into a smooth straightforward transaction. He is also the first person to make my Apple loving husband just consider an alternative… amazing salesman and delightful person

Data connection problem
I am having a problem with interconnection via mobile data with my new Samsung phone.
Matthew tried for over 90mins to solve the problem
He was unsuccessful in the end but this was because the person he was webchatting too refused to carry out the disconnect and reconnect procedure and hung up the Web chat on him.
The patience and service in the store was fantastic his failure was not his fault he did all he could to solve the problem. Matthew was let down by others.
He was treated badly by another Vodafone employee on the other end of the line.

Excellent in store experience with Leah
Leah was very patient with us when deciding/changing/adding on extras! She made the process incredibly easy and simple to understand (I’d gone in store as was confused after reading online how to use my trade in balance to pay off my old phone contract) and Leah explained everything super clearly. All in all, great experience and everything was made super easy for us.

Izzy, who dealt with me regarding the Broadband moving house was very helpful and extremely patient. Phone Upgrade with Leah
Leah helped me upgrade my phone today, she was super lovely and helpful- and was very patient with all my questions, answered all of them in a very kind manner & even managed to upgrade my broadband to fibre for cheaper than I'm already paying! Super helpful Newark store
Popped into the Newark store as I experienced a problem receiving phone calls from time to time . This young gentleman was very welcome, understanding and helpful.
