Locked phone caused a panic !!
Arrived this morning at the store in Northwich, Cheshire... in a bit of a panic, because I'd managed to lock my phone and couldn't access it. Spoke to Will & Chris and they were GREAT !! So friendly and reassuring. They sorted my phone in about 10 mins....then they managed to lower my mobile data bill, when they saw I was paying a bit much. I never even asked them about that. They were super guys.... knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and an asset to Vodafone. I'll definitely be going back there when I decide to upgrade my phone. Can't beat the 'personal touch'. Thank you so much !

Will was an absolute superstar. I took my 82 year old Auntie to get her a new phone. He was super patient and very helpful. He didn’t rush her at all, we were there for a while. I also upgraded my SIM card too. Would highly recommend this guy!

Seth's Team are First Rate
Seth (the manager) Will & Chris (the Evertonian) have been excellent when I have had to migrate phones at short notice. I turned up at 4.50 and they stayed beyond closing time to complete new phone set up and migration of back up. First rate and a sense of humour. They deserve the business! This review covers two visits both at 4.50! For the identical event - loss of phone and restore to new one - my fault.
