I was served by a young man called Will. He was friendly, efficient, polite and very knowledgeable. He sorted me out a broadband and phone deal that suited my budget. I really appreciate that I wasn't turned away and told to do it online. I feel for some face to face customer service is invaluable.

The staff in Northwich Vodafone offer great customer service. We have received a warm welcome and patient service from both Chris and Kerry. Kerry in fact managed to retain 2 of our phone contracts. Having explored options we’d asked how to get PAC codes as we were planning to leave for another provider.. after more thinking “outside the box” Kerry found a device upgrade which worked out much better value than the Sim only deal that I was looking for. I was really impressed, also heard other customers receiving excellent service for other staff in the shop. I really appreciated being thanked for using the shop and not going direct to Vodafone online or by phone. Feel like a valued customer. I am grateful that we have a store in Northwich and that it is staffed by well trained, friendly individuals who really want to solve issues and help customers find the best value for their money. I went back today to collect my new device and was delighted Kerry was free to serve us again. She is a credit to the business. Thanks Kerry

Northwich store staff extremely helpful - Kerry, Will & Chris went over & above sorting out my contract. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone already with Vodafone or looking to swap from another service provider.

Today's experience in dealing with updating a new phone was made effortlessly and problem free.
This was only possible because of the customer friendly assistants, Christopher and Zak, who were both professional and amazingly knowledgeable in their roles.

They both took time to assess my problem and then source the right solution for me.

I am delighted with my new phone and account.

I would highly recommend the Northwich Vodafone branch without a second thought.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Vodafone in Northwich and especially Will who got be back online.

Unfortunately I lost my phone accidentally leaving it on the top of my car and it was smashed into smithereens on the Friday just before the bank holiday.

Will went out of his way to help me and swiftly got a replacement sim sorted on the Friday just before closing. I returned on the Saturday morning to arrange a new handset. I was quite flustered and had two of my small children with me, Will was extremely patient with me and chatting to the kids so I could process going above and beyond to resolve my issues.

I have my new phone in hand writing this review, based on a deal which is was fair, met my needs and wasn't too painful. I felt supported and would highly recommend Will and the team!

I've visited the Northwich branch today because I'm currently out of contract with another provider, I was served by Will, who was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding me a new deal.

Understood my issues with porting phone numbers, updating broadband and my mobile data requirements. Will worked through and got the best deal that I’m happy with. Great service

Will was amazing and very knowledgeable. Couldn’t do enough to help and provided an amazing service. Always hate coming to sort a new phone and Will made the experience easy, quick and enjoyable. I will be asking for wills assistance in the future.

Today we were greeted by Will. He was very informative, he gave great advice and was able to look at several different deals until he found us the deal that suited us best. Will was very cheerful and chatty with our three children. Once we found the deal on a new mobile, it wasn't any trouble for Will to look into our issues with our broadband. Again he had a look at several options, until we found the deal that suited us best. Overall a great experience.

Apart from always making me feel so welcomed, she such a kind, caring person who makes me feel so at ease.
Chris, the manager who runs the branch is a fantastic manager, as it shows through Kerry's 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer service I always receive at this particular branch in Northwich. And I can say with confidence, I would highly recommend anyone else to go for wonderful customer care, best value and guaranteed the best mobile phone shop in Northwich.

Dropped in to store and spoke with Kerry who was really helpful and looked at the best deal for upgrade. When I said let’s go for it at 16:45 she said she could not do as she was going home at 5pm. Such a shame as the store lost the business and I went else where.
