Very good customer experience
Tom who dealt with my query was very professional and resolved my issue. Tom identified the issue, when another Vodafone store had missed it. He made sure I didn't leave the store until my issue was resolved. Very good customer service.

Staff were very professional and informative
Staff were very professional. I was given all the information I needed to make my decision on my next contract. My bill payments were made clear before I signed anything even the prices up to the 2 years of it ending.

two lovely workers helped us till even…
two lovely workers helped us till even past closing time, walked us through every detail and made sure both me and my partner had every question answered and was satisfied. i forget their names but one was sat at the desk on the left as you walk in, both lovely gentlemen !

Change of phone contracts
We went into the store and greeted by Jake. My mum had the same phone contact for years unknowingly this was done by a a 3rd party and not through Vodafone themselves. Jake was very good explained what had happened and how he was going to help us. I explained that my mum had altzimers and asked how we could best support her when using the phone and keeping her safe from unlisted calls and best ways to help use the phone. We all had an amazing experience at the store with Jake and me and the family can’t thank him enough for his patience, kindness and to go the extra mile.
