Simply the best!
We went in to upgrade our broadband and get a new mobile phone and tablet. The support from Ana was amazing. She asked the right questions to sort out the needs of two 80 year olds then provided patient, thoughtful and unrushed advice making the whole process stress free. Really excellent service

Excellent ambassadors for Vodafone.
I had a number of queries regarding my account, all of which were handled by Tom. He was thorough, articulate and helpful and explained things in a cogent and 'user-friendly' manner. He saved me some money that day and I will be going in again to discuss new plans for our 2 mobile phones.
