Vodafone Türkiye ve bağlı olan şubeler resmen dolandırıcı gibi çalışıyorlar. Hattıma TL yüklememe ve de kendi sitelerinde belirtildiği üzere, her yükleme sonrası aktif kullanım süresinim uzatılması gerekmesine rağmen, pişkin bir şekilde TLniz yüklendi fakat aktif kullanım süreniz uzatılmadı şeklinde mesaj atıyorlar. Üstüne kendi bayileri bir paket almaya zorluyorlar. Boş yere para harcaman gerekiyor bunlar için. Hangi kullanıcı kuralında böyle bir bilgi var! Kanun-kural tanımayan bir firma.

I would not even give one star. If it could be possible i would give minus million stars. After my phone was broken, i had to buy a phone with 12 installments added to my bill in Türkiye- Ankara- Kızılay - Atatürk Bulvarı branch. Gizem, the sales representative scammed me, told me that i had to renew my agreement as it is coming to an end. I told her right at the beginning that i do not want any added service, anything extra to be added to my bill and i said " no" to everything she asked for. All i wanted was my existing agreement to be renewed. She said ok and told me that i had to sign documents for the process to be completed. She did not show me any other expense to be added to my bill in paper or verbally and she confirmed that i did not buy any extra packages. On my first bill there were three different extra packages , one being avery expensive insurance bill to be added to my payment every month by installment. I filled a complaint report on a Turkish legal complaint portal through E - DEvlet called BTK... You can file a report on BTK, which they may get charged so much fee for conducting non informed, scammed sales... They admitted the scam and agreed to pay back the bill for the other two extra packages but the most expensive one, the one with the insurance ... i had to file another report to another branch and this one does not even read emails , respond or do anything about it. My deadline for the bill is 6 days later and they are forcing me to pay the illegal fee by playing for the time and not answering the complaint on the portal.... So much HEADACHE ! NOne of those sales representatives are random people doing their works. They are trying to get promotions through scamming people. Keep the branch and the name in your mind .... VODAFONE - ANKARA- ATATÜRK BULVARI - GİZEM. .A well trained scammer. But i advice you to stay away from Vodafone completely in Türkiye even if it is safe in your home country. It definitely is not safe , a total scammer company in Türkiye. All of them are bad in türkiye but none is as professional as Vodafone when it comes to theft and headaches !

I opted for an eSIM with Vodafone while my wife went for Yesim. Both have iPhone 11 both have same provider in Our home (UK). We are moving around Turkey so it’s been tested in a few different places now. Yesim has been fast and consistent while Vodafone has been absolutely useless and hardly ever working. I have now got a Yesim ( even though my Vodafone plan has not expired yet) and it’s excellent. Don’t waste your money with awful Vodafone like I did. Would award no stars if that was an option.

The workers in the shop agressieve when I told them I have issue with phone after I am an tourist they didnt wanna help started telling at me when I told them that hé must not raise his voice and that not my cars but my phone has problems dont go to them rude and better go ask people then ask them normale customer in Netherlands super people but NEVER again Vodafone in turkey

Vodafone Turkey is just another cog in the Turkish internet mafia machine. Alongside Turkcell and Türk Telekom, they're the big three who have this country's internet locked down. vodafone is charge cheap compare to others 2 but the quality and speed are bad. how they're lobbying to block alternatives like eSIMs, it's getting harder and harder to escape their grip. If you have ANY other choice, literally ANY, do yourself a favor and go with it. Don't feed these internet gangsters. I still use vodafone because there is no better alternative , it is best of worst

Finally they fixed it.
4 days ago, Vodafone Net customer service called me and asked if there was a problem with my internet. I said yes, my ping is high. They said we will update it, keep the modem off for 5 minutes and then turn it on, but my internet got cut off supposedly after the update. I still don't have internet for 3-4 days. Disgusting company. They spend way too much money for advertising but not much for tech support services.

Vodafone yanımda aplikasyonu açtım .400Tl lik kontör paketi almak için . Sistem onay vermedi ve tekrar deneyin dedi . Hemen anında tekrar denedim ve neyseki bunlara asla güvenmediğim için İŞCep’den harcamalarıma baktım ve 3 dk ara ile 2 ayrı 400 TL lik harcama gördüm . Ve anında hem iş bankasını hem de Vodafone u aradım . Şimdi cümbüşe buyrun : Vodafone diyor ki bizde sadece 1 tanesi başarılı görünüyor
İş bankası diyor ki : Vodafone 2 tane ayrı ayrı 400TL çekmiş kredi kartınızdan . Ben iki gündür bu iki kurum arasında tenis topu gibi gidip geliyorum. İkisi de benim haklılığımı kabul ediyor fakat kimse iadeye yanaşmıyor. Bu nasıl iş ? Bu ne saçmalik ?
İş bankasından resmî mail geldi 2 farklı ücret Vodafone gitmiştir diye KANIT VAR ELİMDE .

İş bankası bana resim belge gönderdi ve diyor ki : Vodafone 2 ayrı 400TL çekmiştir ve ispat etmek için referans kodlarını gönderdiler

Bu belge ile Vodafone gittim . Papağan gibi 5 gün önce söylediklerini tekrarlıyorlar : bizde 2.cekim gorunmuyor . Bankanız size para iadesi yapacak

İş bankasına tekrar gittim : Vodafone bize resim belge göndersin diyorlar.

Vodafone : belge de gönderemeyeiz, mail de atamayız- yani yazılı hiçbir belge vermiyorlar ama beni arayıp papağan gibi aynı şeyleri tekrar ediyorlar

Sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter in Antalya. Fairer Preis für die Sim Karte mit 20GB Internet und etliche Stunden Telefonie und SMS. Ich habe lediglich 700 TL für die Karte bezahlt, die automatisch nach 4/6 Monaten ungültig wird.
Ich war vorher bei türkcell und habe aufgrund nicht hinnehmbarer Vorgehensweise und Unaufrichtigkeit zu Vodafone gewechselt!
Bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden.

I am having internet problems with my Vodafone iPhone 13 Pro Max phone in Istanbul Technopark, one of the largest technology centers in Turkey. In a place where over 5000 engineers and technical personnel work, not being able to access the internet via wireless network is unacceptable.

Hayatımda karşılaştığım en kötü tecrübeler kendilerine ait. Her ay düzenli para alıp asla yeterli hızda internet sunamayan, internet olmadığı için iptal etme hakkımı kullanarak kapattığım ancak taahhüt parası istemeye utanmayan kurum. Şikayet ve dilekçeler sonrası haklı bulunup son 2 faturayı silen ancak 3. faturayı silmeyerek 100 liranın peşinde koşan haksız kurum.

I have been trying to cancel my contract as I am leaving the country but could not get help from either Vodafone shop or call centre. They try to avoid you and hang up the phone. Call centre don’t speak English. Turkcell is a lot better. So please avoid them

The worst EVER
No English or Arabic or Even Turkish
They put you face to face to a damn stupid robot.
For days I couldn't reach any human to fix my bill problem.
Before the system used to ask you if you need English press "9" .. But now It's only Turkish ROBOT.

Vodafone seller of a SIM in kalkan gave me a SIM that did not work refused to refund me and refused to give me a different one. Nothing I can do. Tried contacting Vodafone but can't find a way to get hold of them. The man is a scammer.

Would not recommend getting broadband from Vodafone I had no Internet for a month and they still charged me for it then I was told I would receive compensation for this but I still haven't received anything I phoned and asked to speak to the manager but was told that they refused to take my call iv been a loyal customer to Vodafone for years and that's how they repay there loyal customers 😡

Horrible, horrible, horrible. when you go buy a sim they copy your info and they do everything, scamming, if you register in turkish bank with that number its extremely dangerous couse they copy your ID or Turkish resident permit or passport, register some sim with your name, its not end, they enter your bank acc and take your money out(by shopping, by making credit card illigally) and customers service, no court is doing all system works toghether to scamm and down foreigners. be careful, they are all scam and fraud.

A person should expect to get the service or product that they pay for. It's a very simple concept. I was told at the Vodafone outlet in Istanbul airport that my SIMM card would be good for 3 months. Less than 2 months later it was cancelled.

Vodafone in Kirsehir Turkey could care less when I sought their help. I was told repeatedly that I had been in the country more than 3 months and that was why my SIMM card was cancelled. When I told them I could prove it via passport and the receipt from when I purchased the SIMM card - then their reasoning changed and I was told nothing could be done because Istanbul Vodafone has nothing to do with Kirsehir Vodafone. If I wanted to use my phone I would have to pay them for a new SIMM card and only in cash because that's all they accept at Vodafone locations in Kirsehir, Turkey.

I entered into an agreement with Vodafone. The person working at that location in Kirsehir in essence told me that they would not honor that agreement.

The big takeaway? Vodafone Turkey does not care about the brand name with which they operate their business under.

When the company doesn't stand behind their products/agreements, I wouldn't touch them. In modern times a phone is a paramount importance to a person, not just for personal and business matters but also from a security and safety perspective. After my experience - I would not risk using them ever again.

Twice I tried to order a SIM card on their website. I filled out everything that was needed, but then the operator still calls and asks a lot of questions, but I don’t speak Turkish well. Why ask again if I filled out on the site.

I was a Vodafone TR customer for over 10 years. I tried to contact with them rather than a phone call since i live in UK. Customer service you have to pay for per minute plus international phone charges. There is no way to reach them by email or etc. Shame on you.

vodafone net sakin almayin! Do not buy vodafone internet!
15/08/2022 kurulum yapildi, 1 ay gecti hic internetimiz olmadi, 3 kere ariza ekibi geldi, sorunu cozemediler. sozlesme iptali icin 604 tl istiyorlar.
Sonun cozulebilir diyorlar, ne zaman diyorum? En kisa zamanda diyorlar. yani 1 yil bile surebilir! Yuz kere aradim en azindan sonuc yok. Uzak durun!

15/08/2022 installation was done, 1 month passed, we never had the internet. 3 times the repair team came, they could not solve the problem. They want 604 TL for contract cancellation.
They say it is a problem that we can fix, so we cant cancel the contrat.So I ask them ok but when you will resolve? They say as soon as possible. So it can take even 1 year! I've called a hundred times with no results at least. Stay away!
