Absolutely worst experience ever! :/ It's all lies... Stay away at all costs! :/
At first I loved this company
At first I loved this company. I got the red packet with 20gb internet and free YouTube and other things I don’t use. I really got it just for the free YouTube. But soon my internet was up. I realized I was being charged for YouTube but they said it must be another program. So I turned off all of my other apps and only used YouTube.... lo and behold my internet is gone again. I have proof and they deny. I really don’t want to go to turkcell because their customer service is just as bad and is very expensive. This company would be great if they’d honor what they say.

The WORST EVER customer services I…
The WORST EVER customer services I have ever met. Four and a half hours ago I tried to log onto my account to see why I was paying much more than I was led to believe I should, over double! It first said I didn't have an account on the log in page, then when I tried to register, it said I already had an account. Both statements can't be right! Then I tried the "chat" service. Such slow typing I gave up, asked for a number where I could speak to a human. The first girl kept using "OK?" in every sentence, I asked her not to, when clearly everything with my account was far from OK. She kept saying it! Told me I was being charged for premium calls I was making. I asked how could that be, my phone is usually lost somewhere in the house, or flat! Even when it is charged up, it's usually turned off, as it's only for emergencies or when I'm abroad on holiday. Then I just send a quick text to say what I've been doing to my eldest son, and to check my youngest son is OK. He lives away from home, has severe learning difficulties. Then she said that someone else must be getting hold of my phone. Wrong. Eldest has his own Vodafone, anyhow, how can anyone use it when it's flat? After ages, I asked to escalate the call. Next girl not much better. She said that I'd signed up for premium calls, and gave the name of the company, that I know nothing about. Next person, "Rupesh" was equally bad. I kept pointing out that I had always kept within my usage limit, neither needed nor signed up for premium calls. Asked for a copy of my contract, not available initially, then guided to the Vodafone UK site, told to fill in details repeatedly, but still nothing worked. In total, I was offered just £40 compensation for all the extra charges. I told them to stick it. Having spent over 4 hours trying to resolve this, as a graduate, I was worth more than that for inconvenience alone! The premium calls have now been blocked. I'm no further forward!!

This company does not deserve to have a …
This company does not deserve to have a business in Turkey or anywhere else. I am convinced that the whole concept of Vodafone is based on signing up large numbers of customers with little regard for customer retention or anything as awkward as having to deal with any problems.
We have been with Vodafone Turkey for just over a year now. They cut us off for 3 weeks the last time there was a problem and now we have been without an internet connection for over 4 weeks. As anyone can see just by visiting reviews in other countries their customer reviews are pretty much the same whichever country Vodafone operate in. Awful.
In Turkey I would strongly recommend that you avoid this company. Customer services is a shambles and they will lie to you, send you emails promising that they will react within 72 hours. You will have to chase them every day in an effort to actually get something done and all you will get is a polite, ineffective trained monkey, that just goes through the motions of pretending to assist you whilst actually doing nothing at all to resolve your problem. This is of course if you can actually get through to them. I actually ended up ringing the UK Head Office from Turkey to complain but it is just as much as a shambles over there.
As soon as our contract is up - maybe even prior to it expiring, since they seem incapable of maintaining a service, I will switch our two Vodafone contracts and our mobile phone contracts to a Turkish provider.
No matter, Vodafone will continue to soak up new customers who will be perfectly happy until the day that something ceases to work or the service is interrupted and then you will find out - You are on your own!
One day, just like all the previous big names that have gone down this route, reality will dawn and they will get such a bad reputation that customers will start leaving them faster than they can replace them and then hopefully, they will go bust or at least get taken over by another company who just might realise that customer service is an important part of any self respecting professional business.
Avoid at all costs - This company really is the pits! It doesn't get any worse than this.
Vodafone Turkey steals your money, stay far away from this miserable company
I'm a Turkish citizen who lives and works in Denmark.
Shortly after landing in Istanbul on my holiday, I signed up for vodafones 3GB data plan for less than 10 euros.
I was told that when the 3GB data was used up, I could simply refill another 3GBs for 15 TL (2 euros).
After 4 days my data was used up and needed refilling. So I used my credit card and got a confirmation from vodafone, that the money was withdrawn. I sent a text message to Vodafone to refill my data package.
I got a reply from them confirming my purchase and so I started to use the internet. All of a sudden the internet shut.
I got on the hotels wifi and after 20 Mins of searching their site found their contact number.
I dialed the number and got a message that said something like "you cannot call this number because your subscription could not be recognized" in Turkish. Being annoyed by this I was forced to borrow another hotel guests phone to be able to contact vodafones customer "service".
Long story short, their so called customer "supporter" who refused to let me speak to a manager, claims that I am the cause do the problem.
She claims "after sending the refill data message, you have to wait for the confirmation, if you start using the internet before the confirmation, the 3GBdata is deleted".
So I demanded my money back, she said no
I demanded the 3GB data which I had paid for, she said no
I told her that this was openly STEALING money from me and she kept denying it.
So I asked her "you have received 15 TL from me correct" she said yes, "have a received the 3GB I just paid for?" She said No, and started making up excuses again.
Unfortunately this isn't Denmark where this sort of theft by a phone corporation would never be tolerated, therefor dear tourists visiting Turkey for the first time, Stay far away from this company who steals from you without any shame,
Stay far away from Vodafone and it's miserable excuse of "service".
