UPDATE: in response to theirs.

Multiple issues, paid for next day delivery - didnt arrive, reached out and requested refund, hasn't happened (ordered two weeks ago)

Product arrives, quality is dreadful, the collar has only been used 5 times since purchase, and twice in two days the collar has fallen off where we've lost links and had to search for it, second one happening this morning by a main road.

reached out and requested a refund, they've been horrific to deal with and implied that its the trainers fault, rather than the poor quality of the collar that the links slide in and out with no pressure at all.

on the first occassion the collar slipped off, the dogs were being trained off lead, in the park... yet they imply that its our fault, whilst sending how to correctly 'correct' your dog.

Futhermore, they then continue to question the weight of my dogs, despite both being well within for the 2.25mm.

avoid, they take no accountability.

Selling loads of products does not prove a product can not be faulty.

Nor does my dogs weight need to be provided, as were competent in how a collar is SUPPOSED to work. Finally, a question was asked that wasn’t answered, removing the oppurtunity to provide a weight.

Again, your response shows how professional you really are.

Top service from the vonwolf team, I must say nothing was to much trouble. Alan and his female assistant couldnt do enough to help and guide me through the products I wanted to purchase. I’m a canine behaviourist and dog trainer. I received my wire coated slip lead for big dogs and chewers. Great quality product. Just what I needed working with many dogs of all sizes and breeds. Good service. Quick delivery. Very pleased 👍🏻

£21 for shipping to NI is just crazy. More expensive than the lead. Absolutely no need for that. Items could be sent via Royal Mail at a fraction of the price...

So, I purchased the YS600 Anti Bark Collar for my German Shepherd.

Just to note we are in the UK. I would go as far as to say this collar should be banned. They use the words “electric pulse” which is a nice way of saying “shock”.

I had it on setting 1 and my German Shepherd has never screamed so loud in his life. If we would have known it was a “Shock” Collar (Which are Banned in the UK) we would have never of purchased this.

If you value your dog’s health and wellbeing please do not buy this product. It’s extremely dangerous and certainly should not be legal, this is borderline abuse.

Every time I’ve ordered something it’s been delivered and top quality it’s not always the cheapest but if you only have to buy it once and gear quality excellent and have a great range of sport and protection dogs and everything is traceable thru constant emails from order to delivery well done all

This was my first time using Vonwolf K9 Ltd, and after extensive searching for a strong leather half check collar, I decided to purchase from this company. The entire experience was fantastic—from the ease of ordering to the delivery process. I received regular updates from the courier company about when my order was collected and when it would be delivered, and I even had the option to change the delivery address if I wasn't home. My parcel was delivered to a neighbour for signing and a photo confirmation, which I appreciated for added security.
I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the collar. The fit is perfect for my Albanian Shepherd, and I am confident this collar will last her a lifetime. If I ever need another collar, I would definitely return to Vonwolf K9 Ltd. Thank you for such excellent service!

My dog trainer recommended me to use Vonwolf to buy two items, a bite toy and a training long line. She gave me a link in two different messages. Me being stupid didn’t realise they were both at Vonwolf and ordered them separately. Vonwolf were brilliant and sent the orders together. They only charged me once for shipping even though I paid twice.
They also turned up earlier than expected!

Excellent customer service.

Both items arrived together and are exactly as described. The dog loves the bite toy. I’ve yet to use the long line at training. It is of good quality and I can see why my trainer recommended it.

Went to the shop years ago - so much Choice and great for my working dog as he is ecollar trained so hard to find a place where they understand the use of them correctly! Now moved far away and needed an upgrade of my e collar cover I got the new one with the buckle and it’s fancy and amazing quality! Thank you super fast shipment ! I wish you had more shops or an option for cheaper postage that is all but top notch company! Super quick replying to my emails for help to make sure I purchase the correct product. Thank you!

Terrible customer service !
My item arrived it was not what I ordered. They have then messed me about with me having to wait in all week for Royal Mail to collect they never came. No apology all they cared about was getting the wrong item back I had to ask them to send what I ordered out asap as they wanted to wait till I had returned the wrong one. All round terrible customer service from Tara !
Will be telling all my dog trainer friends to avoid!

I don’t understand the influx of negative reviews. I’ve been using Von wolf since owning working dogs. Every item I have ordered has came within the given time frame, exactly as described and packed perfectly. My experience with customer service has always been a pleasure with Alan being extremely knowledgable and more than willing to provide any information that may be needed. Since using von wolf I wouldn’t touch another website. I had a one day delay (so what) due to parcel force having issues on there end, but Alan updated me as soon as I asked and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience.

If you’re looking for working breed tools and equipment or even fancy treating your utility pooch to some top of the range equipment.. look no further!

Extremely poor costumer service, paid for next day delivery and never got the item until 3 days later. Emailed the company requesting a refund on the delivery fee since it did not arrive withing the time fram promised to no response whatsoever. Avoid specially if you're paying for next day delivery it will not arrive in time.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would..After purchasing a E collar ..and using it correctly! my poor dog ..extreme barker suffered horrific burns. I was not aware this could happen and yes feel the guilt terribly. Contacted them immediately to which they said it was not possible but to send collar back to them for testing and we would get a refund and vet bills paid ..which I did ..Took her to vet who confirmed in a report injuries were a burn due to collar ! Christmas happened so gave them time sent vet bills. We had to chase them and eventually got told report said nothing wrong with collar and not possible it could be a burn ( the vet is wrong) and see you in court if u want any refund or vet bills paid ! no compassion for my poor dog ! Emails and whats app got ignored after and no collar returned which cost £102
I am truely appalled and have had my eyes opened to the devastation of e collars They CAN and DO inflict injury to yr dog and should come with clear warning of this. SHAME ON YOU VON WOLF K9 for your lack of compassion and ignorance totally washing your hands of it. DISGUSTING

Bought a herm sprenger, top quality and came in good time.

Bought a hermsprunger correction collar from Von Wolf after being recommended by a dog trainer friend. Was sceptical and a bit worried as it looks a bit aggressive but have to say it’s been a game changer. From a boisterous, reactive ( in a happy way) Staffy who would not walk past a dog, child or other human without wanting to make friends, I now ( after a week) have the dog I always dreamed off. Even now she corrects herself and I don’t have to say any more than ‘no’ or ‘heal’ and we just keep walking.

Von wolf are quick enough to increase their standard shipping charge for heavy items, but are not so quick to reduce it for small light items that could easily go by standard letter post.
I bought a pair of contact points for a Dogtra collar. I was charged £7 for delivery.
It could easily have been sent by standard 2nd class letter post, and would probably have arrived quicker than the five days it took by Fedex.
To partly offset the shipping costs, I felt I had to buy an extra item which I neither needed nor wanted.
I would give the product 5 stars, but only 1 star for service, so I went down the middle with 3 stars.

I needed to order some scratch pants and jacket. Being a female it was difficult to get the sizing right. Also to make it more difficult I was time restricted. The ladies in office were fabulous. They even tried the kit on for me so that no mistakes were made as I wouldn't have had time to return. Brilliant customer service. Thanks ever so much.

Another great buying experience.

I have previously purchased from Vonwolf and returned to buy a protective dog vest (Dog Armour Pro). I recently blocked an attack on my dog, but witnessed the mauling of another dog attacked and shaken by the dangerously out of control ‘guard dog’.

I was grateful for the time given on the phone, so I could check stock, and also for the fast dispatch once I had ordered.

The dog vest arrived today in time for the afternoon trip to the park. After the recent incident, I felt much more confident about my dog’s safety. The price for the protective vest is less than a tenth of my friend’s vet bill (so far) for her poor dog.
