Perfect good products, service and delivery times

Extremely poor service, waited nearly three weeks for item to be shipped.
Very disinterested customer service, not answering phone calls, empty promises and generally just poor customer experience.
If you say you are going to do something, you do it, I should not be fobbed off and misinformed.
I should not have to keep contacting a vendor enquiring about my sale items, and prompt them to post my item that is part of their role as a vendor and they should contact me as a customer.
I will not be buying from them again, there are other suppliers in the UK who offer the same products with better postage and service.

I ordered a ruffwear harness from Vonwolf K9. After a few minutes of placing the order I realised I selected to wrong size! I rang the company and spoke to a lovely lady who changed the size of my order and then followed up the phone call with confirmation of the change. Will order from them again when I need a harness for my puppy! Highly recommend!

Excellent proffesional company to deal with.
Very helpful with good customer service and next day delivey, cant ask for much more.

Just ordered the blue lenses for my dogs rexspecs. Very quick delivery. Great packaging. Good pricing. Lots of other products on here too for both k9's and their hoomans. Would most definitely recommend and will buy from again

Online store got everything you need for a dog training purposes, fast delivery no issues at all.

I have a working lines German Shepherd and this is my go to shop for service dog type equipment. The staff are always super helpful on the phone with stock queries. Makes a change from faceless eBay and Amazon. Shop small and support a great British business. Thanks alot Von Wolf 🙂

I have e now ordered from these a couple of times and the delivery has been super fast and everything is top quality and I'm sure will be using on a regular bases for my training aids

Brilliant company to deal with. Rang them and spoke to a very helpful gentleman about a lead I wanted to purchase. I ordered at 11.00am on 28/02/21 and received the next day at 8.55am. The lead is a double ended leather rubberised grip lead. The highest quality and superbly made. A very impressive price as I have paid over £50.00 for a similar item in the past. I will save this website and will use again and recommend them.

Ordered yesterday 14:00 arrived today at 10 in morning thx so happy great service

Very efficient service and quality made products!

I decided to purchase two dog ear defenders as my dog was between sizes. I was advised to go for the larger( correct advice) but wanted to try both before deciding. Was told I could just return the one I didnt want with a short note.
The whole process worked seamlessly easy to ring and talk to a person, items arrived promptly when I returned the item was refunded within 24 hours.
Just need fireworks to check how well the ear defenders work but product is well made and if they don't work then I don't think anything will. 5*
