Wish I had read more reviews before I bought from this company. The website claims "30 Days Easy Return/Exchange" but this is LIE. Like others said, I asked for a full return on the items that did not fit and they offered me $36 (I paid closer to $150). What a scam! Vrilu - change your website to honestly let customers know you do not offer full refunds on clothes. Your business practice is incredibly dishonest and misleading.

Pretty good shipping but not great. You advise the package has been shipped but when tracked it says it wasn't even picked up yet from service. Little bit deceiving

Terrible experience. Cheap fabric and ill fitting. Impossible to return unwanted items. Returns have to be sent to Dubai - "easy return process" is complete bull. Impossible return is more like it. They offered me money 3 different times to keep the order ($46 was the last offer) when what I want to return was $94 worth of items! Complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

This company took a while to deliver - having printed my shipping label but then sitting on the order for more than a week before sending it. Also the designs are OK, but fit and style are not quite what was sold - clearly they are sizing up the clothes on the models.

This is easily one of the worst shopping experiences I have had. Do NOT buy from this company. If you're lucky and the clothes fit, you're good to go.. But if you're unlucky like me and the clothes don't fit, that's the end of your money. They are scam artists here. I bought 3 tops for 98$. I wanted tu return two of them and the team is offering me a measly 30$ refund and is refusing to send me a shipping label. This is the kind of unethical crap that gets to me and I find myself wishing that this company would go bust. I feel cheated. Spare yourself and don't buy from here. EVER!

The blouse was poorly made, returning the item was a nightmare. Be ready to be persistent if you need to return an item. They do everything they can to get you to keep it.

Lovely blouses for casual wear. The fabric is comfortable and a packing dream.

I’d rate them a zero if I could. Clothing is paper thin, sizing is way off. Too tight on top half and huge on bottom half. I purchased $110 in items. Their “easy return process” is to offer you an exchange, then $15 and you keep the items, $25 and you keep, then final offer $45 and you keep because their “return center is in Dubai.” They say the “shipping costs are too high to be worth the reward. If you insist on returning, you will pay the freight by yourself.” What a rip off. Stay away from this company. They go by many different names selling the same clothing.

Their website added 2 of the same shirt in error. No response from customer service. Then I never received my order. Again, thr company emails back and forth with no solution of refund. Never again..

I love the items I purchased! They are a great value for the price. They're well made, comfortable, and fit accurately. I will definitely purchase more in the future. The only thing to know is that shipment takes a long time. The items arrived well past the expected delivery date. So if you're going to shop with this company, do so well in advance.

I ordered 3 shirts - all fit true to size and were true to their description. I can’t wait to wear them out!

Bought 3 tops. All way too small in the chest. After 5 e-mails inquiring about a return authorization (the process they advertise on their site) I received an email saying they will give me $16 if I just keep the order. (My order was over $100)

Bought a dress and 3 tops. The material is light and styles do represent what I see online, and they are for the most part.. true to size. The dress that I bought in small, is a little big up top (I wear a bcup), and will need alterations. I was pleasantly surprised and overall happy with the purchase. One complaint I have, is the length of time it took to receive the items.. 1 month. I would purchase again from Vrilu.

Cuts were a tad smaller through chest (I have 38-DD) than similar dresses I purchased previously. I did love the vibrant colors of dresses!

I ordered several sweaters and they were all just as expected….that in itself is amazing, but they also fit really well. I’m 5’9 150 lbs and I ordered larges. Super comfy, soft, flattering.

Great choices, picture as shown, material not as expected but still great. Shipping took a little too long.

I was pleased to get my products in a timely fashion and they are of great quality. The order tracking process was a bit problematic at first which made me feel uneasy about if I would actually receive my order.
