Very last minute hire due to my own car giving up just before driving to a holiday, 10/10 service, lovely car, reasonably priced and saved our family holiday! Could not fault the service I recieved. Would 100% recommend. All staff were polite and friendly and the online booking was very quick and easy.

Really good experience. Graham at VWFS Lancashire Van Centre was great to deal with, friendly and helpful. Far less hassle than most rental companies. Van was absolutely brand new and perfect for our family camping trip. Didn't want to return it!

Car was great, just what I needed for the weeks hire.

Really great service, as you'd expect from VW. We rented a Multivan for a family road trip - a spacious and versatile vehicle that meant everyone travelled in comfort and with bags of space for luggage etc.
Would highly recommend the service and vehicle and will use again.
Was half the price of conventional hire car companies and with unlimited mileage (!) so really good value for money.
VW rental rep Moshin was excellent also - very helpful, and very clear at all times - couldn't have been more straight forward.

Really great experience, Claire was very responsive via email when I asked questions in advance. The car was immaculate and perfect for my needs. Prices very competitive, especially considering the quality of service. Will definitely use again in future.

Not good experience with the lady that servie me .and she hold my deposit because she said there is a damage which is not true,and she said she have to discuss it with her manager if he is aware of it or not,and now 10 days and am still wanting. Every time I call they said they will pass it to someone else

I had no idea VW rented cars until I had the advert on the radio and frankly it couldn’t have been easier or better. Liam at the Cambridge branch was great and hiring the T-roc allowed us to try out a ‘higher up ‘ car for a week away in Norfolk (climbing in and out of an A1 is getting harder!). In cost terms only fractionally more than the regular car hire companies where you don’t know what car you’ll get and we did!! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would 100% recommend.

I recently rented a Skoda Karaq and had a really enjoyable journey. The car was clean and comfortable, The price was very reasonable, and the friendly staff made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant rental that I would happily recommend.

Good value for money and a good choice of cars. Easy to do, with plenty of updates from them. The only downside was the air-conditioning didn't work. Too little time to sort it out when I picked up the car, there was another but the traffic was too busy. It turns out it's a manufacturing issue.

First time hirer with VW Rent-a-car and cannot fault them from start to finish.

Their staff (Liam I think? Apologies for not asking your name at the time) he was pleasant and welcoming with a friendly smile. He explained how the VW hiring process works from the paperwork to showing us the Transporter Shuttle which we hired to how to use the in van equipment.

We hired the Transporter Shuttle for our family trip down south and it didn’t disappoint. My kids had enough room not to be squashed and the boot space was excellent for all our luggage and additional equipment.

I will definitely be hiring from VW again in the future for my next family trip or house move.

From collecting to dropping the van off all was perfect, Graham handled everything so cant recommend them enough, and the van was brand new.

Another great hire experience. Spoke/emailed with Dave at West London branch who answered questions on hiring the Multivan for our Lakes vacation. Always polite and knowledgeable. Booked online. Great website easy navigation. Added two drivers from the USA on the day of hire no problem. In fact one commented as we got underway: "that was the most enjoyable rental process I've ever been involved in!" Multivan was very impressive and served us well with luggage and then personnel when we got to our destination excursions. The hybrid EV capability really helped on those hilly Lake District roads. Charged very quickly overnight ready for the next adventure. The tracked seat system also helped when one of our party broke her ankle hiking - Turning a portion of the configuration to "conference" style so that we could elevate her leg. Dave was there to sign off at the end with his cheery personality. Can't thank him enough for a great hire. This is the second time I've hired through VWFS - from Slough and now West London - and I certainly recommend them. Good prices for a lot of car/van and customer service. Thanks Dave (and Michael).
