I had a great experience at W5 Physio, the team is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The physiotherapists are very knowledgeable and experienced, which allows you to trust them. I saw Stewart Ramsay and he helped me with any pain and discomfort I was experiencing, he also advised me on the best treatment going forward, which I found very helpful. Would recommend W5 Physio to anyone looking for a physiotherapist and would definitely return in the future.

I had a therapist Antonis.
The symtom was shoulder pain.
Oneday in the morning.
I couldn't move my arm suddenly.
It was so pain. Like cramps all the time around my left shoulder, upperarm,and neck....
I followed what Antonis gave me an advise and exercises.
It was good decision to ring to "W5 Physio"

Stewart Ramsay went above and beyond in his service for my 17 year old son. My son had an old ankle injury that needed a steroid injection. As a result he has continued training and pkaying rugby without pain and his mobility has increased too. This will now be followed up by Stewart expertise in sports rehab massage. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Really positive experience of physio with Antonis, who made me feel very comfortable and has made a significant difference. When I first started seeing him I was in constant pain and had loss of sensation in my arms, and this physio course has dramatically improved those symptoms.

I received great help and advice from Vicky, who is specialised in post natal recovery. Everyone at the practice is really helpful and the environment is very friendly. Would recommend.

Hard working and understanding. Plan therapy and treatments around your specific needs and are easily adaptable to any changes in circumstances. I had been rehabbing with Antonis for a while and he made me feel comfortable and helped me recover in the fastest and least-painful way possible

I came to W5 Physio after suffered a level 2 ACJ tear. After my initial consultation I knew I had chosen the right place for my treatment.

I was assigned Antonis as my physiotherapist, who was incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with a consistent program that focussed on goal orientated results. His professionalism, attitude, and approach to my treatment ensured that I got back to full fitness. The exercises and workout plans we agreed on were effective and simple to use, as is the mobile app they provide for tracking progress.

Antonis completely repaired my calf issue. Perfect combination of recovery, stretching and strengthening - in the right order, at the right time. Including a fitness test and training programme at the end of the cycle of treatment.

Antonis and W5 have helped me get back on my feet! After excruciating back and leg pain, Antonis was patient aware and well equipped in dealing with my complaint. A number of treatments were used in order to find the best one for me. Weekly session allowed me to discuss positive steps in my treatment and issues that may have arose. A few sessions with Vicky sorted out my strained arm and got me back to lifting grandchildren without pain. She listened carefully to what I was describing and the exercises she gave me were very helpful. I will keep them up! When my husband first saw Stewart Ramsey he had huge knee pain and limited movement. He had no diagnosis and no pathway to recovery. On his first visit, Stewart used an ultrasound to diagnose his issue, watched his gait and recommended exercise and medication. He had been given hope and is well on the road to full recovery.

Great ACL pre and post-op sessions. Really knowledgeable and supportive. I would recommend Antonis to anyone in the same position.

I can't recommend W5 Physio highly enough. They have now sorted me out for two problems over the years, the latest was lower back pain. Fantstic team, and lovely people.

I experienced grade 1 tear in gastroc muscle 3 weeks before my event and the team was so great to get me out of that. From having an ultrasound to check what was happening to working for the rest of the time with Antonis who gave me the right exercises. No issues with this leg since then.
