Walkers Windows Reviews

John and Donna introduced themselves. Very friendly and got on with the job in a professional manner. Worked tidy and cleared up and installed my window,no problems. Would recommend you ask for John and Donna to fit your window or door.

Excellent quality windows, and really good fitters.

The window survey was professionally done, as was the actual fitting. All the people we dealt with from Walkers were very polite and considerate, the fitters leaving a clean and tidy job.

Great experience from start to finish. The quote and ordering process was very straightforward and they stuck to their timelines. John and Donna have done an amazing job, my new door looks beautiful. Very friendly and happy in their work they did a great job and cleaned up every bit of mess

Absolutely great from start to finish. Filled in an online form received a call in a timely manner. Came out same day to go through options. Surveys done the following week. Fitted within 2 weeks. Called day before to confirm time. Fitters John and Donna arrived at exactly when they planned. They were polite and professional, made me feel at ease. Asked me to double check I was getting what I’d asked for. Kept my house protected and left spotless. Great Job thank you

Excellent and knowledgeable salesman, listened to us and didn’t push us.

Followed up by an expert surveyor and skilled fitters. They left the house clean and tidy

The windows and doors are perfect and exactly as described to us. The price? Better than any other quote we had.

From start to finish great service.
Great first impressions from the sales team and very informative.
Installation took probably a day in total and the fitter Jay was brilliant, he got the job done professionally whilst having a friendly chat with my husband and daughter, and keeping me informed whilst I was out!
The window quality and rendering job are wonderful. Honestly couldn’t ask for better service/products. Will definitely be recommending Walkers and using again in the future.

Thank you to John and Donna for the fitting of my door today. They took great care to ensure the door was properly and safely fitted. They finished off all the details so it looks good. All debris was removed and everything cleaned up before they left.

Really pleased with our new external doors. The quality is excellent and they look fantastic. John and Donna did a brilliant job fitting them — they were professional, friendly, tidy and clearly took pride in their work. We’re very happy with the finished result and would happily recommend them and the supplier.

Lee arrived on time, no issues with the job, great service

Jay did a fantastic and efficient job of replacing the window in our son's bedroom. The work was the cleanest experience we've had also. Walkers sales staff on the ball and helpful as usual also. Good price, prompt service. Very much recommended.

A family company that acts like a big one. A good visit from a salesman to show you their products and gives all the information you need. For the work we had done it was going to take 2 days. The two fitters Ian & Lee were here within the time frame specified and were only here the 2 days given. They were quick, professional and polite. Each day they did a good job of tidying the mess that was created. All windows and doors have now been in just over a month and we are pleased with the outcome. Definitely worth getting a quote from Walkers Windows.

I asked for a quotation for my facias and soffits doing, and I was quoted a ridiculous price. I said to the salesman, there is no point going any further because we are too far apart. The salesman left and immediately send a quotation which was £900 less than he quoted. I complained and their response was "No one was trying to rip you off, the sales representative was simply doing his job and trying to sell the product to you within the guide prices" So £900 over what they can make a good profit is acceptable.

Same old double glazing sales, try rip the customer off as much as you can!

I had two external doors fitted this morning and John and Donna were fantastic. They called me last night and gave an estimated time of arrival for this morning, which was great.
Overall, I am really pleased with the quality of the finish and would definitely use Walkers Windows again in the future.

John and Donna came and fit a front door, the doorway is oversized and rough edges - previously a window, they left it looking better than it looked prior.
No messing about, they work fast and well as a team.
