The two piece bathing suit and cover up I ordered were of such thin material that it was necessary to return it. I contacted the company to request an address and return label and was told that there were several steps to filing for a return:
1. The sanitary shield had to remain in place on the bikini bottom, and I needed to provide a photograph of this area. The adhesive holding the shield in place was almost non-existent. This photograph had to be provided before a return address was given.
2. The item had to be mailed within seven days from when the shipping information was sent and a tracking number provided or the refund would not be issued.
3. Initially, an immediate refund was promised in the email I received from them. After mailing the return, with a tracking number and receiving confirmation that the item had been received, and a refund would be forthcoming, no refund was issued. Finally, after three weeks, I contacted the company and there was another delay in sending the refund to my credit card company.

I will never do business with this company again. I only gave it a one star rating because I couldn't give it zero stars.

Dishonest refund policy- they say it’s free- but read the reviews- no matter what country you order from, they will tell you the return address is abroad, so £30 return cost. You never find out the address, so have to keep the tat and accept a partial refund. I got 70%- but am way out of pocket, with a pile of rubbish. I accepted it, coz I was scared I’d get nothing back, and you can only do so much by emailing con- artists. Lesson learned. I hope someone reads this review and saves themselves money, time, stress.
Use them if you know you’re going to keep the stuff- but otherwise shop elsewhere once you’ve read the reviews.

Received acknowledgment that my order # ( WOB23091112582) was shipped on 9/13/23. My credit card was charged 9/11/23 for $78.97. On 9/25/23 I notified company package had not been received. On 10/8/23, I received acknowledgment that I had not received package and they were looking into. No word since then than but get scam notices about undeliverable package and requesting personal information. Needless to say I am not at all pleased with this company.

Apart from long delay in receiving items - they were absolutely as described and good quality. Very satisfied.

Bought two swimsuits which were not quite right, agreed to keep rather than go through the returns process and accept a partial refund. Very sceptical over this after reading various derogatory reviews but pleased to say the refund has been received and I must say my whole experience with the company has been exceptional with most courteous exchanges of correspondence.

Ordered a number of items to try on for choice but struggled when it came to returning the items. Emails went backwards and forwards trying to get a returns code but was then told the only returns address is in America which I would have to pay postage for. I said that was fine but then I struggled to get an address off them & was offered 30% refund if I kept the items, then 50% then 70% and in the end I gave up trying so accepted 70% refund so easiness. Would never buy from this company again!

Retouren werden nicht angenommen, scheinbar, weil das mit Arbeitsaufwand verbunden ist, stattdessen bietet dieses Unternehmen eine Gutschrift an, welche dann nicht generiert wird.
Rücksendungen seien zwar möglich, aber nur auf eigene Kosten und zwar an eine Adresse in USA !!!!!!

Sizing is inconsistent. Don’t let them fool you. They are from China. There is no return policy. You will pay more to return what you ordered than what you payed for your order. I settled for 30% of a refund and to keep a swimsuit that doesn’t fit. But I jumped through hoop after hoop, and email after email to get that. Don’t do it. If you see a review that talks about their great return policy, it is a fake. Even their reviews use models. I should have known.

Honestly? Product was nice and true to size (a swimdress), delivery was fairly quick and a cover-up that I had ordered was out of stock and their customer service was very prompt, offering me a refund or an exchange. I would buy stuff from here again.

Bathing suit was not true to size, it runs small. quality of bathing suit is not very good, elastic on the bottoms is not fitting. Poor return policy, they only issue a partial refund, even if you never wore it,.

Wie bereits die Vorgänger geschrieben haben, konnte ich Ware nicht zurückgeben. Nach unzähligen Mails keine anständige Rücksendemöglichkeit. Bin froh, dass ich hier dann wenigstens den Grund erfahren habe. So habe ich mir weitere Nerven gespart.
Anzeige erstatten wäre eigentlich notwendig.

Suspekte Firma! es wirkt als kommuniziere man mit einem bot wenn man den Kontakt aufnimmt. Retouren scheinen plötzlich unmöglich, auch ist auf einmal von Berabeitungsgebühren pro zurückgesendetem Artikel die Rede. Letztich geht nichts voran sobald man mit dem Artikel nicht einverstanden ist und vom Recht auf Refund Gebrauch machen möchte. Die Antworten lauten immer etwa gleich, es kommt kein wirklicher Austausch zustande (vermutlich kein Kundenservice personell vorhanden). man wird aufgefordert eine Konfliktlösung bei paypal einzustellen ohne dass über paypal der Kontakt beantwortet wird. Riecht alles nach Betrug. Ich würde dort definitiv nicht mehr einkaufen!

PAYPAL CAN HELP! Was offered 50% then 70% refund. I asked why the USA address is not on their return policy, and why can I not send on to their UK distribution centre, which they say exists on their website. Got ghosted so raised a case via PayPal, who I used for payment, and got a full refund. I have lost out however on the initial shipping but it’s a better result than I expected thanks to PayPal.

I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordered. I've had the same refund issues as everyone else on here

Initially good order came and I was happy with two of the swimsuits but want to send one back they state on emails to contact their customer support who will inform you of how to return an item. Three emails later I am still waiting I’ve had no response what so ever
So am I assuming that if I then cannot return my item within the specified 30 days they will refuse to let me return it because it’s over the 30 days despite my repeated attempts !

This absolutely infuriates me! Online they pretend to be Australian yet they are CHINESE !! There has to be a law against these lying online Chinese companies!!! The merchandise is nothing like in the photos and good luck trying to get a refund!!! Nothing but a bunch of thieves. Always look at Trust Pilot before you order ladies!!

Did not realize this was not an American company. They charged my account 3 times for the same order. I wish I had researched as well. I never would have ordered from them. Waiting to file a dispute with my bank.
