Low quality high price tag
I spent over £600 for one wall. Wallpaper was installed by a professional whom I worked with many times before. The quality was so bad that it shows every joint and at the end it looks dirty- not a great result.
When I fed this back, I was told my professional decorator must have used a dirty cloth. Come on, it's his job... I ordered the wallpaper twice to rectify the issue, but both times the results were the same. No refund was offered, they just said that they think their quality of paper is good and up to standard.
Don't waster you money, any ready roll you buy from B&Q will give you a better look.

We are disappointed to hear that your wallpaper did not meet your expectations.
Looking back at our conversations, you stated that the 'first time it was cut by mistake so (you) had to re-order it'. This wallpaper has cost more than it should have due to errors caused by your decorator during installation.
From the photos you had sent over of the second attempt at installation, the issue is not the joins themselves, but the dirty finger marks found on the paper in the middle of some drops. The finger marks are clearly visible in the photos. These finger marks have been caused during installation which is out of our control. I understand that you have used this decorator in the past but this same decorator incorrectly cut the first batch of the wallpaper and then marked the second batch. This isn't something we can be held responsible for.
We did discuss a resolution and we were happy to offer you a significant discount on a reprinted wallpaper. However, fixing the issue did not seem to be a resolution, you only wanted a refund despite leaving leaving the wallpaper up on the wall.
We have been selling this same paper type for years with little to no complaints from thousands of orders, installed by a mixture of thousands of decorators as well as consumers themselves. I can assure your our paper is far from low quality. It is a premium non-woven wallpaper that is equivalent to the papers used by brands charging significantly more than us.
I am sorry that we could not resolve this issue further, however, we did not receive a reply to our last email so we did not know this issue was on going, especially considering our last email correspondence was over 7 months ago.

This company is trying to cut costs at all places. I placed two orders for two different homes of mine. Rather than
Packaging them separately they shoved both of them in one box. This caused great inconvenience for me. They should be sending them out SEPARATELY esp when they were separate orders placed a few days apart. How am I meant to separate them
Both when they have been rolled together and transport them to my other home? Shocking!

Thank you for your review. However, we feel as though this is a little unfair. You ordered both of your murals 8 hours and 35 minutes apart to be exact, which is the same working day. Furthermore, you ordered both murals to the same delivery address. If you had ordered both murals to separate delivery addresses, then we would have shipped each mural in a separate box for you.
I can assure you we are not cutting corners, we are just trying to reduce our carbon footprint. Many other online companies would also combine orders to the same customer and same delivery address if possible. We have already offered, if it is absolutely necessary, that we can send an empty box to your address so you can transport one of the orders to the other address.
We will continue to ship outstanding orders to the same customer and address in a single parcel if possible as a continued effort to help reduce our footprint.

Shivver me timbers!
Absolutely brilliant service and product. I’ve never used wallpaper before but wanted something to elevate my home. My son’s room needed a makeover and Wallpaper Mural offered such beautiful patterns with the addition of free, bespoke adjustments . My son loved the pirate themed paper and the team added a ships cat at his request. The results were mind blowing! I placed my order without hesitation. It came with simple instructions and the peel and stick variety had pride of place in its new home within half a day (I’m a total novice but it was so simple to hang). I can’t thank the team enough. I’ll definitely purchase again in the future!

Blurry mural, only for large walls
Spent a thousand bucks which quickly went down the drain. Print is blurry all over. wallpapermural told me you have to “stand in the middle of the room” in order to see it more clearly. What?! Not happy with the customer service, can’t comment on ease of installation, as it’s going right into the trash.

I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your wallpaper. As we have explained over email, the reason in which your wallpaper is not as clear as usual is because you have ordered this non-repeating photographic wallpaper to stretch across all four walls. The design you ordered consists of a very high quality photograph that we have never had a complaint about previously. In fact, we have even installed this mural in our office due to quality of the photograph as per the images we sent over in the email chain.
Furthermore, we offer samples and free digital proofs which accurately show the image quality before ordering. We always advise, when ordering a mural of this size, to order a sample or a free digital proof beforehand. In relation to the viewing distance, that is the Industry standard advice in decorating and the wallcovering industry. Any wallpaper will look more blurry when examining it at a viewing distance of 20 cm.
As per our last email, we are offering to reprint the mural free of charge, however, this time we can make the mural repeat around the room which will significantly decrease the scale of the photograph, thus, significantly improving the quality of the image. If you could possibly email us back in relation to this we can get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Fantastic. I enquired about customising one of the designs to suit my oddly shaped wall better. Danielle got back to me quickly and provided me with a custom design for the same cost as ordering straight off the web page.
We went for the self adhesive option which worked really well.I had bought a felt applicator ready but one actually came with the paper in the box!
The paper is great quality and can't in good time with clear instructions.
Very grateful and would use again in the future.

Fabulous customer service and product
Fabulous customer service, very attentive. I received two proofs to sign off, first one showing the whole mural and the second showing a detailed section. I ordered the self adhesive peel-able wallpaper and am impressed with the quality.
Delivery was speedy and came with an installation guide. It was easy to install and I was able to do a 3m x2.2m wall in 2 hours with minimal experience.
It has really lifted the room, very impressed.

Custom 'Brends' mural...
We are absolutely thrilled with our 'Brends' mural! It's transformed our downstairs living space and anyone who has seen it so far has commented how different it is and very calming to look at. The blue colours are so vivid and merge beautifully. We opted for the heavy-grade wallpaper which is of very high quality. The wallpaper panels were numbered clearly and the instructions were easy to follow.
I'll definitely buy another mural for our next project...the home office space!

Terrible Customer Service and Product Description
I ordered a sample of this wallpaper but the scale of the sample was significantly smaller than the actual paper I received. I thought this was a repeating pattern but instead they sent me just a random section of the paper. This is for a nursery I'm designing and it looks absolutely terrible because the scale doesn't look at all like the pictures on the website or sample sent. Even more, the paper feels cheap and thin. I contacted customer service and Joe was so incredibly rude to me. He talked to me like I was an idiot and wasn't sympathetic to my situation at all. Terrible company and I wouldn't recommend them at all.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your wallpaper. Unfortunately, in this instance we cannot issue a full refund for your order. This is because the wallpaper you received is neither faulty or inaccurate based on the scale and colour of the design.
During the order process you previewed your wallpaper to scale based on the dimensions you entered in the previous step. We have checked your preview proof with our print file and the wallpaper you received as shown in the photo you sent over. It is clear that the wallpaper you received matched the preview and crop you chose exactly, it also matches the images on our website exactly.
WallpaperMural sells wallpaper murals which are scaled to fit a full wall. If the entire design on the sample were to be scaled to the size of an average wall, in the majority of instances, the sample would be useless as you would not be able to see the vast majority of the design on the sample. Furthermore, on the sample there is a highlighted area that clearly shows the mural blown up to scale.
We are deeply saddened and disappointed to hear that you do not love your wallpaper. We have been sympathetic and fair in trying to resolve this issue. We have offered a replacement at a custom scale that matches your vision at our expense as gesture of goodwill. If the wallpaper was in fact faulty or did not accurately represent the mural shown on our website we would be happy to offer a refund as part of our guarantee. Poor product quality and customer service
The so-called "highest quality" vinyl wallpaper they provide is not actually made of vinyl material, it is not waterproof, and the surface patterns are printed using inkjet technology, resulting in uneven colors. The seams of the wallpaper are clearly visible when installed. When I contacted customer service about these issues, their response was that it looks fine from a distance and not to inspect it closely. Furthermore, when one of the wallpapers had a cutting problem and needed replacement, they actually replaced it with a lower quality wallpaper, which is simply outrageous.

Firstly, we do not say that our Heavy-Grade wallpaper is waterproof, unfortunately no wallpaper that actually contains paper is water-proof. As per our website, our Heavy-Grade wallpaper is a vinyl coated wallpaper that is not only water resistant but also anti-bacterial. If you would like I can send over the exact specification via email.
We do not use inkjet technology during our printing process, the uneven colour you are referring to is actually a gradient which is part of the design as we mentioned over email. In relation to the seams, we can see that parts of the paper are overlapped which is why they are clearly visible. Our Heavy-Grade wallpaper needs to be butt joined which helps to create the seamless effect.

I'm not sure what you mean about the gaps - I have checked your print file and the image matches the crop that you chose on our website exactly. As everything we sell is custom size, it will not always match the product image depending on your dimensions. We do display what you will receive very clearly and to scale when you choose your crop.

Bad quality adhesive
I promised to come back and leave a review after I install the wallpaper. Well, I was happy for less than 24 hours, as the wallpaper came off the wall. I cleaned properly the wall before the installation, followed instructions and all was very easy. I have to mention that I received the wallpaper in 5 pieces, and only the first two had the extra 3 cm at the top. The last three had 1/2 cm left extra at the top. The adhesive is of very bad quality, it needs to be much improved. So, my wallpaper sits on the bottom of my trash can. I do not recommend this product.

Unfortunately all walls have different surfaces and we cannot control what surface the wallpaper has been installed on. We have been using this adhesive for a number of years with a very low failure rate. If we made the adhesive any stronger there is a good chance it would damage the walls surface.
In relation to the extra material at the top, this cannot vary drop to drop as each file is made as a rectangular image. What you are seeing will either be caused by the fact that your ceiling is not straight or the first drop you installed is not straight. We add the additional 3cm to each edge to account for this eventuality and based on the fact that you still have material left over at the top means this is working.

I ordered the jungle mural for my sons…
I ordered the jungle mural for my sons room as part of his birthday present as he’s animal mad. I called to check on delivery as I wanted it up before his birthday, I was told it was just about to go to print and might not make it in time. The following day I had a call to say that they had pulled out the stops and managed to get it on a Saturday delivery; it arrived 9am next day. To say I was delighted was an understatement. The mural is perfect, great fit and awesome quality.

Stunning mural, easy to hang.
I ordered a watercolour mural in a Daisy design.
I was quite nervous choosing such a large design (one flower is 6ft tall!)
The customer care team were so helpful when I queried if the pattern would work with my fireplace and I was sent a picture of how the mural would look with little loss of the pattern.
Delivery was very quick despite all the Bank Holidays and the packaging and instructions were excellent.
My decorator said it was so easy to hang and very impressed with the quality.
I wish I had more walls that could take a mural.

The mural looked terrible in comparison…
The mural looked terrible in comparison to what was presented on the website.
The edges had different colours which made the wall look like it had mould.
The adhesive started bubbling and coming away after a couple of days.
When I complained I was told all was fine with no offer of a refund.
We’re taking it firm after a week and re-wallpapering

You ordered an ink blot wallpaper design which is created using drops of ink on paper, it is this effect that I believe makes you think that your wallpaper looks mouldy.
