Rating this company very highly for their ease of purchase, speed of carefully packaged wallpaper and the fact it’s £20 cheaper a roll than at John Lewis.

Order process was seemless and easy
Order process was seemless and easy. They only had 12 in stock of the 13 rolls i needed so rang me arranged for 12 rolls to be delivered so i could get on with the job. They arrived promptly on the day the had confirmed. They confirmed they had checked the follow on roll was the same batch number as the 12. It arrived as promised a few days later. Excellent service.

Thank you, David! Really glad we could get the job moving with the 12 rolls straight away and then get the final one matched to the same batch. That's exactly the kind of thing that matters when you're mid-project. We hope it all went up beautifully!
A1 across the board!

Exceptional customer service
I loved dealing with Wallpaper Sales as it is a company with the customer service values we took for granted in years' gone by. The product I needed is not readily available and had to come from abroad. Wallpaper Sales offered it at a competitive price and delivery was fast and the item well packaged. It is a company I would be happy to deal with again and will actively seek them out in the future.

Quality wallpaper, fast delivery & excellent customer service.
Ordered my wallpaper on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday, amazing service! The wallpaper itself is excellent quality and looks fantastic.
I had ordered too many rolls on the advice of my decorator, so I followed the return process through the website. Once they had received the rolls back, my refund was in my account the very next day. The whole process was quick, straightforward and hassle-free.
I did have a couple of queries during the process and spoke to Chantelle on the phone. She was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, and made the whole experience even better.
I would definitely recommend Wallpaper Sales. Great quality wallpaper, fast delivery and excellent customer service.

Thank you so much, Charis! Ordered Sunday, delivered Tuesday, refunded the day after the return landed — that's everything running exactly as it should. Chantelle will be really pleased to hear your kind words too. We hope the wallpaper looks as fantastic on the walls as you'd hoped and we look forward to hearing from you again!
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
Staff went out of their way to be helpful. They confirmed that the wallpaper was available and could be delivered in 2 to 3 days rather that 7 to 10 as quoted. Then when I thought I would have to cancel they phoned the supplier. I reinstated the order a few hours later and the wallpaper was delivered the next day. The people I spoke to at Wallpaper Sales were charming and nothing seemed too much trouble. Well done! These days it is rare to come across a ‘can do’ attitude like this.

Genuine company.
Looked on line, a sceptical old lady. Surprised how easy their website was. Chose what I wanted but phoned them to be answered by a nice lady who was very helpful. Offered to look at other options for me and send samples she processed my order and it was delivered promptly and well packaged. I would recommend this company and would use them again
