Ricevuta email di "ordine riservato" ma non hanno riservato un corno! l'articolo è andato sold out. la cosa interessante è che non si riusciva ad effettuare un pagamento per un loro problema tecnico. Ancor di più sconcertante è che l'assistenza clienti ha bloccato il mio numero nel momento in cui ho fatto presente la poca serietà dimostrata! Ero un cliente molto affezionato ma dopo questa esperienza non acquisterò più nulla. Poca serietà e molta maleducazione

They sell irregular defective sizes. Anything you order here will not fit! These items are defective and the sizing is off! Tried the same item on in the same size from a different store and it fit perfectly!

Poor customer service and website product information
I purchased a pair of gold shoes which were for a special occasion from Wanan Luxury and when they arrived I discovered they sent me the shoes in rose gold instead. I contacted them to let them know there was an error with my order after which they confirmed the error (apparently they mislabelled the shoes with the wrong colour) and then offered me a €20 credit for the inconvenience.
I thought that was laughable because this was more than an inconvenience and that amount doesn’t even cover the shipping fee that I paid for the shoes. I refused the credit and they said the €20 was the best they could do.
I have decided that I will be returning the shoes and hopefully I can get my full refund.

絶対にこのショップから購入しないでください。
ボッテガヴェネタの財布を購入しましたが、箱は無く透明のビニールでくるまれた状態で届きました。
そのため連絡をし返送しましたが、そこから音信不通で返金がされません。
送料まで損しました。
二度と買いませんが絶対に許しません

Non posso fare a meno di dare 5 stelle…
Non posso fare a meno di dare 5 stelle a Wanan Luxury. La mia esperienza con loro è stata davvero super positiva.
Per cominciare, i prodotti che offrono sono unici. Si vede che ci mettono molto impegno nel selezionare solo i migliori articoli di lusso per i loro clienti.
Inoltre, il loro servizio clienti è eccellente. Sempre disponibili e pronti ad aiutare, hanno risposto a tutte le mie domande con pazienza e competenza.
La velocità di spedizione è stata un altro punto a loro favore. Non ho dovuto aspettare molto tempo per ricevere i miei ordini, cosa che ho molto apprezzato. E poi, l'imballo. La felpa e' arrivata in un bellissimo pacchetto che rifletteva la qualità del prodotto all'interno. Peccato non poter inserire le foto!
In conclusione, Wanan Luxury offre un servizio superlativo e prodotti originali che non deludono mai. Sono gia' al terzo acquisto e non vedo l'ora di fare il mio prossimo acquisto con loro!
