ci dispiace che il contenuto delle mystery box non abbia rispecchiato le sue aspettative. Tuttavia, è importante chiarire il senso dell’iniziativa: una mystery box è, per definizione, una selezione a sorpresa, in cui non si conosce in anticipo il contenuto e non è garantita la presenza di un determinato tipo di prodotto.

I capi ricevuti sono tutti originali e selezionati tra brand di fascia alta, con valore di listino pari o superiore al prezzo pagato. Comprendiamo che ricevere capi come intimo o accessori possa non entusiasmare tutti, ma fa parte del meccanismo della mystery: si accetta il rischio di trovare qualcosa di diverso dalle proprie preferenze personali, in cambio della possibilità di ricevere un articolo anche molto più pregiato.

Ci scusiamo per l’attesa dovuta ai tempi di spedizione estivi e restiamo comunque disponibili per eventuali chiarimenti.

All products sold on our website, including the item you mentioned, are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official distributors or verified partners. We do not and have never sold counterfeit items — any suggestion to the contrary is completely false and legally defamatory.

Le nostre mystery box si basano su una selezione casuale di articoli autentici e di brand prestigiosi, il cui valore di listino è sempre pari o superiore al prezzo di acquisto. Come indicato chiaramente nella descrizione dell’iniziativa, i contenuti sono a sorpresa: ciò significa che non è garantito il ricevimento di un accessorio di alto valore, ma vi è una possibilità, comunicata in modo trasparente.

Capita che alcuni clienti ricevano capi o accessori di fascia molto alta – inclusi borse o prodotti dal valore superiore ai 1000 euro – ma, trattandosi appunto di una "mystery", non possiamo assicurare la presenza di articoli specifici o varietà predefinite.

Ci dispiace se i prodotti ricevuti non hanno incontrato i suoi gusti personali, ma possiamo assicurarle che si tratta comunque di articoli autentici, selezionati con cura e corrispondenti al valore commerciale indicato.
