Ordered took ages to turn up and when it did…. Wouldn’t charge and wouldn’t switch on, try to contact them and they ignore you would never buy from these again waste of money and crap they should stop false advertising on TikTok..

Order the latest craze of smart watch (Apple Watch replica) took weeks to come but when finally arrived it would not charge or even turn on, so far no response or refund.

I ordered 2 Camping Coffee Sets. Both arrived without the coffee brewing part which has a spout (see the advert). No response to email sent a month ago. Reminder now sent.

Purchased two streaming devices both don't work nothing on them whatsoever, stay clear it's a con!

WARNING..Tell all your family and friends never to use their website.They are scammers,and liars.Paid for an item waiting ages for it to arrive,then received an Email saying it had been delivered by the post office.complained I hadn't received it.Then received an email with a courier ref number.went to the post office,and they said it was bogus.This companies website needs shutting down.

I ordered two of the letter lights when they arrived one did not work and both were a very poor quality. I have tried contacting numerous time with no reply until recently which read" Warmyard do not deal with returns I need to return to China" ! and i am responsible for the postage! I would warn anyone not to buy from this company under any circumstances...
I suggest you read the reviews on this company 43% gave one star as you cant give zero stars

Received with no instructions but followed what it says on website. Guess what they do not light up when plugged into device

I ordered from this company , and received a email saying the goods were delivered, but they were NOT !
I have emailed several times , and like previous reviews I have NOT received any response !
If this is a genuine company then they are abysmal, and have in my opinion fraudulently taken my money !

Waiting nearly 3 weeks after being told it would arrive for Xmas, hence it didn’t and just arrived jan 8th no instructions in English so if anyone knows how to use the streaming adapter things for your tv id like to know please

Ordered a first aid book via fb from these. Took ages, I emailed them 7 times asking for information or a tracking number so I could see wots happening. No reply at all. Last email sent asking for a refund and they sent bk message saying delivered that day even thou it was 6 in morning. We don't have post at that time. Waited all day, no joy, put in for refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE COMPLETEVRIP OFF MERCHANTS. HARD TO GET ANSWERS AND CASH BACK. B WARNED ⚠️

AVOID AVOID AVOID! If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered a Bluetooth beanie hat for my husband. Got an email saying it had been delivered!! It wasn't. Got a ring doorbell which proves there was no attempt at delivery. Have emailed and emailed their customer service but not had one reply. SCAM!. I'm annoyed at myself for this because I usually check company reviews before I buy but with Xmas shopping etc I didn't check.

Worst ever experience never received items was sent links to say it was on for delivery then it went from it’s stuck in flight to next day it’s been delivered no it hasn’t asked for courier details and pictures of the proof nothing paid with Clearpay and they were a joke didn’t help me even with so much evidence a joke

Ordered Xmas lights for Xmas didn't arrive then got an email to say been delivered, don't know where to but not to me... communication is rubbish I sent email after email with no response...wouldn't order from here again give a wide berth of this company...if I could I would give 0 stars

Ordered for xmas, took weeks to arrive (eventually arriving after xmas). No communication at all. Product also nothing like photo. Very disappointing. Wouldnt use again.

Provided me with a defective product that can’t be used. Now say I have to pay to return it to China and then I will get a refund. Tried the old keep
The product and we will refund you 50% off the cost. I will now have to chargeback this with my bank and I don’t recommend this company. Delivery was a month, the item is low quality and not even make properly. They refuse to arrange collection and want you to pay for returning something that’s useless. Customer service is terrible. Don’t buy from them just another Chinese scam company

I ordered a Christmas gift for my son over 4 weeks ago and it’s still not arrived! I’ve sent numerous emails and had no response and still no delivery m! AVOID

Placed an order in early November for a couple of Christmas presents. It’s now 22nd December and no update from the company, they don’t respond to emails and there is no other way of contacting them. I now have to claim the money back through my credit card. Despite this being a .co.uk address the company appears to be based in China, AVOID!!!

I ordered something 4 weeks ago, and every time I check on the tracking it just says 'in transit - thankyou for your waiting' - chased for an update, no update given. Be very careful, the website is .co.uk but it is all shipped from China. I ordered 2 of the 'Medieval D*ck Pics 2025 Calendar' thinking it would be a funny Christmas present because they're pushing it on social media - don't fall for it. Monday will be 5 weeks, for 2 paper calendars I thought were produced in the UK. Don't waste your time, money or energy.

On asking for days on where my order is they just keep asking for the information I have already provided 3 times , this was going to be a Christmas present that I ordered in November! Would NOT recommend this company . Avoid !!!!!!
