The customer service person Matthew Perez handled himself very professionally, he answered all my questions and secured my business. This is my second Warranty Direct Contract, even though the contract price quoted was raised due to a Super Charge not listed. He did a great
job and was persistent to gain my business. A job well done.

I received calls from many places about extended warranties on my vehicle. Most were outrageously priced and covered hardly anything. Scott Wenzel called me from Warranty Direct and he was a true blessing for me in this search. He made this process so simpal for me. Warranty Direct offered very affordable prices and payments (that did not exceed my car payment). The coverage is also phenomenal as well as the extras that come with the policy. It is a great feeling for me as a single mother/grandmother to know that my only means of transportation is completely covered now.

If I could give 10 stars I would. We have had 3 cars covered by Warranty Direct now and have nothing but great things to say. As soon as we purchase a car, we call warranty direct immediately, we dont even deal with the crappy warranties that the dealers try to sell. Warranty direct makes it easy and seamless from the moment you call for a quote to when you have to get repairs on your car. We just renewed our coverage for our car which just rolled 100k miles. Our last car had over 100k miles on it and needed over $8k in repairs. Warranty direct covered everything with no hassel.

Very professional handling of the set-up procedure, their contract gives good value for money.

Good value, easy to work with, no pressure

I have a 2007 Buick Lucerne which was covered by Power Shield Enhanced Warranty. MY coverage was excellent, my claims processed without problems including the rebuilding of my transmission last year. I am so pleased with Warranty Direct that I have just renewed my Buick for another 5 years and 100,000 miles. I am a Korean War Vet and love my 2007 Buick Lucerne which currently has 127111 miles on it and I do not plan to part with it so Warranty Direct takes a lot of pressure off me should a major repair be needed. I recommend Warranty Direct for all auto extended warrantees. They set the bar for the industry.

GREAT service by phone from both Alvin Casillas ( hope I spelled his
name correctly ), apparently the mgr. on duty, and also Amanda Bobbitt
sales representative. I personally spent 28 yrs. in the car business and
these folks are both courteous and seem very knowledgeable !! I have
read several reviews of WARRANTY DIRECT ( both pro & con ) and I'm
hoping that any future needs for my 2012 Chevy Impala LT will be taken
care of as needed by your contract. Only reason for my rating of 4 out
of 5 stars so far is that I would suggest a WARRANTY BROCHURE be
available and included with your contract printouts !! We always had
those for customers when I was in the auto business, and it makes it
easier for the customer to have a quick reference for their chosen
plan of warranty !! I hope that I never have to use your services, but
if I do I hope that things will go smoothly based on the agreement.
