The contact style and customer service was great during the discussion about the policy. I hope I don't have to use the service, but if I do I hope the "claim" service is just as great.

I worked with two people, and both were extremely professional and kind. They answered all of my questions without making me feel like a fool for asking the question. I got written information without even having to ask. In comparison I asked for written information from my car dealer who ignored me and refused to give me more information.

I think the best recommendation I can give is my car dealer offered me a $0 deductible plan for 7 years and 120,000 miles for $2,480. I went with this plan for $1900 with $100 deductible and 5 years and 75,000 miles. I basically paid more than I needed to to make sure i get what I paid for.

This is the worst warranty I've ever had and I want out of this contract denied payment on an 800$ transmission module because it's external not internal but it's still part of my tranny and won't run without it so I wasted money on this and will warn people on social media about you scammers! Lied to me on what was going to be covered!!

This is the 3rd time we have used Warranty Direct for our extended warranty. We have had no problems in the past. When I renewed our warranty today December 2017, our agent was so very nice. she answered all my questions, took the time to explain the things to me which I had questions about. Was very upfront, and I enjoyed our conversation we had. Most friendly and helpfully. I could not have asked for a nicer person to help me with our extended Warranty paper work.
