I recently bought a watch from Mark at watches-swiss.com and I had a great experience. Quick answer to a couple of questions and even faster shipping. Watch was in perfect shape when it arrived. Will be buying again.

Marc delivered as promised. The watch is brand new, authentic, came with original B/P, serial number matched on the watch and documents, and I was able to register the extended warranty on the manufacturer's website. Delivery was faster than originally estimated. Highly recommended, would buy again.

Flawless watch. Fast shipping and bullet proof packaging.

Price was the cheapest compared to anywhere else online and shipping was very fast!

Watch arrived on time and it was very securely packed with extra packing material to ensure for its safe arrival also very excellent and professional communication with Mr. Marc who took good care of me in replying all my questions also shipping was super fast despite the holidays period

First time doing business with watches-Swiss.com. This is a legit seller! Marc was very responsive to my communication, expediting shipping for me to accommodate me receiving the watch before I went out of town. I have never received a watch that was shipped more carefully and securely. Excellent packaging. And the watch was in perfect brand new condition exactly as described and expected. Buy with confidence.

Marc is completely unprofessional, regardless of what other reviews say about him. Here's an excerpt of his reply to me after delaying order processing for over 3 months:

"We did not take your money. We do not charge your credit card until we receive the watch and we are about to ship it. So, do not embarrass yourself by contacting your bank and/or law enforcement. You have embarrassed yourself enough already! If you like, you could contact call them and tell them I hurt your feelings because you sent me 6 emails and I only replied to 5 of them."

All of this because I told him I'm not waiting any longer, and to either fill the order or cancel it and refund as needed before I report his business to the proper authorities. He made no clarifications, provided zero substantive updates beyond "I'm still waiting," or blaming others, and made excuses for these delays instead of being honest about not being able to fill the order in a timely manner. I will add that I was willing to be patient (overtly so) and communicated in good faith the entire time. Yeah, fine, prices are better than other retailers online, but be prepared to wait, then wait some more, then be treated as a nuisance for making regular, VALID, requests for information after extreme delays.

You're better off going to Zales than working with this absolute clown.

Edit: I accused this fraud of nothing. Now, I am. He's a fraud, a liar, and his victim mentality cost him his own business. Honesty is the better policy. He lied and deflected for months instead of being honest about being able to fill the order. Seiko was not out of stock. He's simply not a legitimate retailer. Once I confirmed that this bozo wasn't going to steal from me, I placed an order elsewhere. GUESS WHAT? I had the watch in two days.

Edit 2: notice here how Marc doesn't take any responsibility for his own abhorrent behavior. Here's the appropriate way to respond to a client after not being able to fill an order, since Marc apparently needs a lesson in customer service: "Thanks for reaching out about this. I apologize for your frustration that it's taken this long, and I can assure you that we did our best to fulfill this order in a reasonable amount of time and at the cost we advertised. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to source this item which is the cause for the prolonged delay. I understand that you no longer wish to wait any longer. The order has been cancelled, your card will not be charged and I've ensured it's been deleted from the website. Best of luck finding it elsewhere." See how easy that was? Yes, I'm so unreasonable. Surely this isn't a case of clownish buffoonery from an obvious swindler who can't seem to regulate his own behavior.

He advertises watches that are shown as being in stock to attract customers, and later raises the price. If I could,I would have taken his business license from him!!! Similar to bait-and-switch

Let's just brush over the fact that the prices beat anywhere else that you are looking. Marc was phenomenal at navigating me through the selection, upcoming tariffs and procurement process. He was in constant communication up through the day of delivery. Even the packaging was done with care. I highly recommend Watches-Swiss.

I contacted Marc about purchasing a Frederique Constant Manufacture Big Date watch. He was able to source a brand new watch with box and papers for 1200 less than my local stores and about 100 less than a lightly used watch.
At all times Marc answered my questions in detail in a very timely manner. The process took about two weeks because the watch had to be ordered and then Labor Day hit so the delivery was slowed a bit.
All in all an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to purchase another watch from Marc nor hesitate to recommend him to others.

This is my first time purchasing a genuine new luxury watch online. Marc responded quickly and I made the purchase. Received the watch in 4 days. The watch is genuine with all proper papers. I would definitely buy from them next time.

WATCHES-SWISS.COM is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend this business if your in the market for a higher end watch. Their prices are absolutely the lowest that I found including on the web or brick and mortar. Shipping is fast but understandably some may take longer. I was searching for a new Longines Legend Diver(LLD) 39mm and located one on the Watches-Swiss.Com website. I did not know anything about the business selling the watch and I decided to do my own investigation to find out if the company was legitimate. I will say that the business is legitimate and the customer service by Marc was first class. The store has terrific watch brands for sale and you must be sure of what you want because he’ll get the watch you want. I initially ordered an LLD with a blue dial but changed my mind and ordered the black dial. Marc said, “no problem,” I’ll make some calls and get back to you.
