Wow! Once again Lee had the best priced Rolex in the UK! My third watch purchase from Lee and I ll keep coming back for more.
Watches of the Vale can’t be beaten for price, quality or outstanding service.
The watch was exactly as described and at such a good price when it arrived the next day I was over the moon.
I can’t recommend Lee enough if your after a watch then Watches of the Vale needs to be your first port of call

Because of recommendations from friends and Trust pilot 5 star reviews i have been looking for my next watch on WOTV.
Finally found my watch a beautiful GMT Master 2 Batgirl. Contacted Lee and immediate response, described perfectly the watch to me and sent me video's of it too as well as detailed photos.
Transferred the money and Lee confirmed signed Special Delivery Royal Mail next day guaranteed. It arrived this morning so well packaged.
From start to finish 5* plus service and I for one will only ever deal with Lee again in the future. Thanks again

Absolutely first class service from Lee. Can’t recommend him highly enough! Offered a fantastic price for both the new watch and mine which I was part ex’ - Such a smooth process and was regularly kept informed and updated throughout. Will 100% be buying from him in the future. Hats off sir!

Just taken delivery of my new watch. Exactly as described. Gave me a really good price on the watch and mine that I was part-exchanging. Great communication from start to finish. Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be back. 100% recommended.

I recently purchased two watches and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Lee was absolutely fantastic from start to finish — professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to providing great customer service.
The watch arrived exactly as described, beautifully packaged, and in perfect condition. It’s clear that Lee takes pride in both the products and the overall buying experience.
Highly Recommend

I recently sold my watch to this company and was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. From the moment I got in touch, Lee handled everything with absolute professionalism. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and made the whole experience seamless.

The company even covered the cost of a special delivery label, which arrived promptly. I sent the watch off and, true to their word, it was delivered the next day. After a thorough inspection, the agreed payment was in my account without delay — no chasing, no hassle.

What really stood out was the customer service. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and I always felt reassured that my item was in safe hands. Lee went above and beyond to make sure I was informed at every step, and the transparency was refreshing.

If you're considering selling a watch, I can't recommend this company enough. Efficient, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to providing a top-tier experience. A rare find in today’s market!

I saw an OP36 for sale on Lee’s instagram. Messaged about a part ex. and he was rapid with responding. Gave me a very fair price for my watch against his.
Sorted out next day postage within the hour and upon examining my watch sent the new one out within 48 hours.

Extremely rapid service but also extremely high customer service and contacting me making sure I was happy and the watch was how I expected.

Overall a brilliant experience dealing with Lee and will certainly hope to do business again in the future.

Top service, quick response and a perfect example watch as described!!

Very easy transaction with superb comms throughout the purchasing journey. Well packaged and highly recommend.

I Would definitely recommend Lee and watches of the Vale, very easy to talk to and we quickly came to a deal that suited us both as I wanted to trade a watch in part exchange for another.

Highly recommend Lee and Watches of The Vale.Quick and always answers any questions and gives good solid honest advice.Best prices around and will continue to use him and his team.

I saw a watch Wednesday evening, messaged Lee and I wasn’t expecting a response till the following day, but Lee responded that evening. Communication was excellent, including updates on delivery. My new timepiece arrived Friday morning and was everything that it stated in the description. Also, I’d been looking at this vintage piece for a while, so was really happy to finally get it at what I felt was a great price.
Thanks Lee, it was great dealing with you on this purchase

Great service. Highly recommend.

I’m a (very) repeat customer with Lee.

Once again, truly outdone himself and managed to get me a brand new watch in time for the wife and i’s anniversary…
Under 2 weeks to source, send & again looked after me on price…
Simply the best!

Just received another Rolex. Spoke to Lee on Saturday, about purchasing a deep-sea challenge, everything agreed over the phone, and posted directly to my office, Lee is a great guy to deal with, honestly so easy to arrange everything, it’s the 4th Rolex purchased from Lee, and will always return for more.
