Watches Of The Vale  Reviews

Great experience with Watches of the Vale. Lee was marvellous throughout, a pleasure to deal with, great communication, and everything was exactly as described.
Honest, reliable, and just how customer service should be. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Just received my 2nd watch from Lee at watches of the vale. A really great guy, and is always very honest and helpful. He treats his customers very well. It won't be my last purchase, and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone that wants a quality watch at a fair price with great customer service. 😎

2nd time with WOTV and Lee again delivers. Agreed a price Thursday, money in the account the next day.

Lee thank you mate once again!

Great to deal with Lee for the first time and won’t be the last.
From the initial conversations over the past couple of months to finding the watch I wanted, he couldn’t have been easier to deal with. He was extremely reassuring and came back to me with any questions I asked in minutes. Once I decided on buying the watch the entire process was flawless arrived exactly when he said and exactly how described . WOTV don’t get this many good reviews by accident, top service 👌

Brought a watch off Lee at WOTV which was my first ever Rolex and what can I say, the service from start to finish was fantastic. Great communication from the start and great part ex value for my old watch. If anyone is thinking of buying a timepiece Lee is your man. Thanks Lee will definitely be returning.

Best to deal with would go to him every time best and cheapest around !!

Can’t recommend Lee enough, did me a great deal, watch was immaculate as described and delivery was next day. Brilliant service, thanks again!

Just made my second purchase with Lee, hands down the best in the business!
Lee’s personable approach makes the whole process easy.
Watch was as exactly as described and arrived bang in time.
Flawless service 👌

Yet another flawless bit of business with Lee, cannot fault anything about the operation.

Requested a no date sub, sourced me the watch in a week or so. He also pushed other ones away which didn’t meet standards.

Paid within an hour or so and was given the tracking for the parcel within minutes.

Exactly how business should be conducted, what a bloke!

Bought a watch recently and had it delivered by post , i couldnt be more impressed with the entire experience . From the moment i placed order , everything was smooth and hassle free . Lee was from start to finish very professional and helpful and topnotch communication throughout. Highly recommended 👍

If you are thinking about getting a watch , no need to go anywhere else! Lee is superb , from start to finish he was professional. I have had a few watches from Lee and will not go to anyone else .

I just bought a Rolex Explorer II from Watches of the Vale and had a great experience. Everything was smooth, communication was clear, and the watch was exactly as described. Very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Had a few watches now from Lee and they have all been lovely as described but the best thing about watches of the vale they remember you have dealt with them before and go that extra mile for you treat you more like a friend rather than just trying to get your money like most sellers would anyone reading this thinking of buying from watches of the vale just go ahead and buy before it’s sold as good prices and good watches but best of outstanding customer care 😎😎😎

Always a pleasure to deal with Lee and the guys at WOTV. 💯

Lee is the best around! This is the second watch I have bought from him ! He always responds even at weekends and his knowledge is amazing! Prices are always on point and he always goes the extra mile! Would not use anyone else !

I purchased my first Rolex from Lee at Watches of the Vale this week and the whole experience was absolutely spot on. The watch was perfect, the service was excellent, and the price was more than fair. Lee made the whole process smooth, professional and enjoyable from start to finish. I will 100% be buying from Watches of the Vale again very soon. Highly recommended 👌 👍

First class service throughout my purchase. Lee’s guidance and professional manner is impeccable. There is no other organisation that I would buy a quality timepiece from. Lee provides a 1st class service which I highly recommend. Watches of the Vale are second to none for the service they provide
