Incredible service- GMT II Zombie

First time buying from WOTV but it won’t be the last. Process went smoothly from seeing the watch online Saturday to having the watch delivered on Tuesday morning. Cant recommend them enough!

Exceptional service from start to finish, Lee was super helpful and professional throughout and made the whole process of my first watch purchase (GMT 11) first class and stress free. The watch arrived before midday the next day and was exactly as described…perfect.
I would really highly recommend Lee and WOtV for a truly 5 star service and trouble free experience.
Thank you Lee it was a real pleasure..

Great communication & advise. Quick to respond & good price. Would highly recommend.

Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with, explained the process all the way through. Whole transaction took 5 days including a weekend. Can not recommend him highly enough. Will not hesitate to use him again.

Exceptional Service! Just bought a YMII from Lee, and I couldn't be happier! Very honest watch dealer - Straight forward transaction. Will be using Lee again!

I just purchased my first watch (AP RO) from Lee and had a great experience. Lee went out of his way to make me, as a first time customer, feel comfortable with the transaction. The watch was in great condition as described and the price was very fair. Looking forward to my next trip to London and next watch!

Brilliant to work with honest guy who is so much help and has the best prices will be shopping with again

The world of luxury watches (particularly pre-owned) can be fraught with danger and deception. There are so many different dealers popping out of nowhere. I sat back and watched (online) people's feedback on several dealers. One stood out as having a top reputation for providing quality watches, at reasonable prices and most importantly was 100% trustworthy & genuine. That person was Lee at Watches of The Vale. My purchase was so easy, and every stage of the journey was well communicated. I received shipping paperwork, invoices straight away. It was a very professional service and I will have no hesitation in dealing with Lee again and recommending him to my friends and colleagues.

Purchased a luxury watch from Watches of the Vale and I can honestly say that it was perfect.
I’ve purchased a few watches in the past and it was always an average ok service.
Lee on the other hand is another level. Messaged straight back transparent all the way and genuine. No Bull.
Prices of his watches are fantastic too.
I made him an offer on a Sub and he gave me his best price so we made the deal.
Shipped yesterday and on my wrist this Saturday morning.
Exactly as described and immaculate.
Don’t hesitate if you’re looking for a watch. Lee will provide you with the best experience ever.
5 stars for sure. 100% will use Watches of the Vale again.

Just cannot recommend Lee and WOV highly enough 👌
I've been dealing with Lee over 3 years now with many purchases/trades and his standards in communication and fare dealing is impeccable.
3 purchases from my AD and still waiting for a green OP for over 2 years groveling. I contacted Lee who had it for me instantly for a very reasonable amount over msrp which speaks volumes.
Honestly guys! Once you get in touch you won't look back.....

After buying a daytona off Lee in December, he advised he could help with selling a watch of mine.

Advertised and sold within 2 days, yet again absolutely incredible service and paid straight away. I have full confidence in him and no doubt I will be using him again!

Top man!

Without doubt the best watch dealer about , honest , trustworthy and a real pleasure to deal with, I would recommend anyone to reach out to Lee.

Wicked company with outstanding service. Have brought 5 watches from Lee over the last couple of years and he's gone above and beyond to find exactly what i wanted every time. Each time he sent out a watch he followed up with a message to make sure it had arrived and to make sure i was happy.

Amazing service wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

First time purchase from Watches of the Vale. Excellent communication and a first class service. Would highly recommend.
