We have been using Waterlogic for several years, they have really dropped the ball. Our coolers have stopped working twice in the last 12 months and it has taken over 2 months to get them fixed. No communications from them whatsoever, constantly chasing them up to find out when they are coming to fix the units. Will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

I have been using Waterlogic in my venues for 7 years, in that time I have never had to call them, for any repairs or problems, the dispensers are obviously very well made. When we had covid shut downs, they came to us with the proper methods of shutting off, they have always been very prompt with their maintenance, very professional.

Staff extremely well trained and professional. Very courteous and had no issues in answering all our questions.
The product has no failings and always performs way aabove the requirements.

The waterlogic technician was very efficient replacing the main Billi faulty control board that had been an issue since new. He also replaced a worn isolator valve which was more than expected.

Terrible. Just terrible. Far and away the worst company I have ever dealt with. They've consistently ignored our attempts to get in touch, have not resolved any of our problems (despite being made very aware of them), and continue to charge us despite our contract having ended with them. If you're tossing up whether to go with Waterlogic Australia, let me save you some thinking time: just don't.

Update after reply from Waterlogic: your company has had countless opportunities to respond to my emails, to pick up the phone when I call, or to simply DO THE THINGS YOU SAY YOU WILL DO. You haven't at any other point in time, so why would I bother getting in contact with you through TrustPilot? This is simply a message to any potential customers/marks that might be thinking of joining up with Waterlogic

The Waterlogic technician Gary arrived after we had been notified the week before of the pending visit, which was only a week after I had submitted the request for a repair to a Billi device. Well handled by Waterlogic and Gary the tech.

I own 4 Aussie Home Loan Franchises and after a meeting with Maria Shearer, decided to put two Water Logic systems in my offices.

Can I say, the best decision we have made for the store. Maria wasn't kidding!

Once I was in contact with Illene Andallo, she was very professional and prompt in helping us in our situation. She spoke to a manager and found a solution that was suitable to us. The staff who look after the shared mailbox are not as responsive, so I would always try to get hold of an account manager for fast and efficient service.

Peter Birch is always extremely helpful and never makes you feel like a bother. The product suits our workshop needs and everyone has cold water. Even the local service centre responds immediately to requests, we recently had water in our building and we wanted the system to have an additional clean out, they were there pretty quickly! Highly recommend this company.

Carla was incredibly easy to deal with and made the whole process incredibly easy and straight forward. Despite having to wait on us as we were confirming everything, she was more than happy to help out.

Duncan is friendly, patient & explained the contract clearly. He gave us a good option with our contract & understood our need. Will definitely contact him again in the future when we require more hire water logic dispenser.

We approached water logic as we have moved our warehouse. Illene from the office was extremely helpful with organising for new units to be installed in the store and for a new unit to be put into our warehouse.

We have used Waterlogic for quite some time now. Jade has always provided excellent and prompt service.
Nothing is ever too much trouble.

I was dealing with a rep called Mark Greenfield who from start to finish made everything smooth, from the beginning of the sales process to installation. Both Mark and The technician were great to deal with and couldn’t recommend their service more. We love our Sparkling water in our office it’s not only saving us money but we feel good about doing our bit for the environment.

Had an issue with one of our coolers. I normally deal with Peter Birch. He was on top of right away and always following up. Even when the service department hasn't gotten back or what not in enough time, he is on top of it.
He is also calling in just to check on everything to make sure things are going okay.

I dealt with Carla Lole, My Family store uses Waterlogic for 2 stores we owned and we were separating the stores- changing business names, accounts, names, directors ect was so much work with every other organisation (Internet, banks, electricity and water) but waterlogic made it very simple and clean with a link to a form to fill out in your time, rather than call you when your busy!
