NOT THE RIGHT PACKAGE FOR THE PILBARA
Have had multiple issues since we began our 48 month arrangement begin in March 2014. Due to our location a third party contractor has been employed by Waterlogic (Cool Clear Water) to carry out installation/maintenance. This has resulted in a breakdown in communication in almost every instance that we've been in touch. The initial install was quite drawn out and then after about 18 months of drinking the water we discovered the water cooler was plumbed into not potable water (fire services water). Then we had multiple issues with our ice machine being plumbed into the same filtration system and then on our most recent filter change I was advised by a local company that one filter change a year for Karratha water is completely inadequate. That company provides the same unit with reverse osmosis and 2 filter changes a year for $66 incl gst. Unfortunately we've signed a contract for 4 years with Water logic so we are required to continue our arrangement despite the issues for the past 2 years.

Room for improvement
There is always room for improvement. At one stage, the water filter was leaking but the issue was resolved right away. The team at Shortcuts Software are happy with the water filter and service.

Water Cooler
We leased a water cooler from Waterlogic Australia in 2011. It was a good machine requiring no technical support other than the service which I think was once a year.
I was disappointed that when we cancelled our agreement after 5 years we were required to pay $200+ to have the machine taken away.

Service coordination and account managment is very poor
Repeated bookings with Service Technicians have to be followed up to ensure the technician will attend and having to book additional visits when the work cannot be completed on the first inspection.
Account management is difficult as there is no one person that manages our account and contacting account is very difficult, I am handed arround the office a few times and then told the person I need to talk to has left the office.

There has been no issues with customer service, the equipment service calls are coordinated as stated. The service technicians are polite, punctual and efficient.

Too many staff to have to speak to when you have a query
I never look forward to speaking with Waterlogic because it is so time consuming. You speak with one staff member they can't help you, they put you through to another person who still can't help you, then they put through to another and they are unsure of your query. All I wanted to know at the time of my call was with the current contract we have for one the units what exactly does that cover: such has filter change, service ect.
